I am a big fan of chocolate, and it was great to see the entire process from start to finish. Our instructor Elías was fantastic. He was able to clearly articulate the history of chocolate in the region and allow us to experience the different taste through time. The museum was fun to visit. Air-conditioning was welcome on a hot day and the process was fun and educational as well as delicious.

We took this tour on my birthday! It was so much fun! The instructor was amazing. She was so bubbly and a lot of fun. She told the story behind the chocolate and how everything was prepared. We did hands on making the chocolate, putting it in molds, preparing the bean for the drink. It was amazing a lot of fun & laughs! This tour was the best part of our trip & I hated to say good by! A must do excursion! Excellent!!!!

We had such a great experience. My teen kids, along with my 10 year old had a fun time during our chocolate making class. We had “Mr. Mustache” and he was so good — entertaining, funny, knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. The chocolate itself was so tasty and the finished product was an additional treat for us. I highly recommend this place!
