One of the best tours we have been on !!!! We had an amazing time at the great wall and enjoyed a very delicious authentic chinese meal. Our guide Miko did an amazing job. He helped us from the begining to the very end and even kept in touch until we reach our home country safely. He took amazing photos of us and selected the best food for us to enjoy. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend this tour. Five stars for our guide Miko.

Fantastic day with a Fantastic Guide! I would highly recommend this tour..seeing both sections of the wall is a must see. Anson was excellent and was able to share many tidbits of history and facts that helped to enhance the trip

I LOVED this tour! It was the best thing we did in China. In addition to the Great Wall being an amazing thing to see, Lucy was a fantastic tour guide! She took us to two different parts of the wall - one that wasn't very crowded and one that was totally remote. She took a ton of great photos for us. It was just me, my husband and Lucy. We also had the best meal in China at this small little village. It was TOTALLY worth it to hire a private guide, and Lucy was so knowledgable with strong English.

First things first, our guide Lucy was incredible! So accommodating, polite, knowledgeable and well prepared!!she stayed with us the whole time, explained everything, answered questions and walked with us. We were driven in a nice private car with a driver.. I cannot recommend her enough!! We went on a Wednesday mid September 2019 (sunny day, perfect weather) to the Mutianyu part Which is more touristy but with our private tour we had no crowds at all! We got there before all the big tour buses and were leaving at the time everyone else was arriving... Great for 2 tourists that hate hoads of tourist. Thereafter we went to an authentic Chinese restaurant and the food was delicious! After we went to Huanghuacheng Water gate part of the wall Wich had absolutely no tourist at all, we were on our own climbing the very steep part of the wall where you can see the lake and dam that breaks up the wall.. The views are incredible and there is no price for the amazing sights of the original wall with no people and just you there enjoying a nice day and a challenging hike up the highest towers to take the best photos. If you want to avoid crowds and get a true experience when visiting the wall, I highly recommend this tour, you get the best of both parts and in my opinion is worth every penny! Ask for Lucy, she is very sweet and helpful and if like me you hate big groups of tourists, this is the only way to actually enjoy the vist to the wall.

This tour was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. Our guide David was excellent, he picked us up at the hotel on time, gave us a lot of interesting information about Beijing on the way to the Great Wall, and was always friendly and answered any questions or requests we had. We accessed the first part of the wall by ski lift and went down on the toboggan which we all enjoyed. When walking on the wall, the view was wonderful. We then drove to a local restaurant - the meal was delicious -and walked the second part of the wall after lunch. There were hardly any other people on this section and it was well worth doing too. Just make sure you have good shoes as it is very steep with no steps at times. We'll always have fond memories of our trip to the Great Wall.

This was an amazing day. Our guide for the day Mr Anson was great, very friendly and very knowledgable. We took the chairlift up to the wall and the toboggan down, which was a lot of fun! We walked for a couple of hours total and were lucky enough for the weather to clear up and give us amazing views. Mr Anson gave us a nice history lesson, was happy to answer questions, and was always looking for good spots to take our picture which we really appreciated. Lunch was plentiful, authentic, and so delicious... and it fueled the afternoon walking at the Huanghuacheng area which was quiet, steep, and worth the effort with amazing views, just be careful coming back down! We were a little early getting back to Beijing,so Mr Anson took us to the pearl market for some shopping before showing us how to use the metro and getting us back to the hotel, he really went above and beyond! My wife and I will remember our wonderful day hiking the Wall forever, and it was even better with Mr Anson since we personally just really liked the guy. I can't recommend this tour enough!

We were picked up at our Hotel by Viator. Our guide Albert was the best guide we have ever experienced. He was so helpful and fulfilled all our needs. He realised that the morning at the Great Wall was enough for us and suggested we go to the Beijing Olympic Stadium which we did. The tours were both wonderful and we will remember them for ever. Thank you Allbert and your Driver (who could not speak English), for giving us such a safe and memorable tour.

Everything about this tour was awesome. Each of the stops was unique and interesting, as well as fun! Jimmy was our guide and was a blast. He took great care of us and did a wonderful job of explaining everything to us. He was also a lot of fun. We took the ski lift up at Mutianyu and rode the toboggan down - incredibly fun and a big time saver! Huenghuatchyu was very private and serene and the lunch at the mountain top restaurant was fabulous! We highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the wall!
