  • Wonderful tour guide. Very informative and sincere interest in conveying facts and information about his country!

  • The WAY TO GO TOURS bus driver took off five minutes before we arrived to the waiting area. There were five supersize cruise ships in the harbor, all requiring tenders. I cannot believe the tour company could not relay this message to the bus driver. The tour dispatcher told us the bus left half empty, nonetheless we were on one of the first tenders to arrive in port. We were first told to repay for a new tour and get reimbursed later. Another couple on our tender also waiting for the bus got so annoyed about missing it and being told to pay up front for another bus tour, they walked away before the issue could be resolved. Then out of sympathy, a local police officer loaned his personal vehicle to the Way to Go Tours dispatcher, who was decent enough to take us on a personal guide tour, very nice of him. He told us that it worked out for the best because the bus that we were supposed to be on broke down at the so-called rum factory, stranding the tourists lucky enough to get on the bus in time. Other than the dispatcher from Way to Go, the rest of the experience with that travel group was terrible - very unprofessional.

  • It was an education to learn of their culture and see how the people really live.

  • This was the worst trip ever. A beat up old yellow school bus with torn seats and a moldy air conditioner that dripped on people. I frankly didn and #39;t want to hear the tour guides personal life about how many wives he has and the ratio of so many women to men. It was repulsive

  • Die Tour war ok., aber Belize-City hat halt nicht allzuviel zu bieten. Die verschiedenen Sachen in der Rumfabrik zu probieren war auch nett. Aber der vor allem der Rum-Punsch hinterher am Hafen war gut!

  • While the rum factory was a bit underwhelming, our city tour was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgable and fun! We really enjoyed our tour.
