The 36 rock domes of Kata tjuta and the massive, mystic red rock of Uluru (Ayers rock) are Australias two best known attractions. This Best of Ayers rock package takes you to both sights, on two separate tours, at the most awe-inspiring times of the day!
Following a late-afternoon walking tour around Ayers Rock, your guide will lead you to the best place to see Australia's iconic landmark in its most magnificent moments at sunset. Pour a glass of sparkling wine and watch the sunset at Ayers Rock. Your small group will toast this magical experience before returning to Ayers Rock Resort. (Accommodation not included)
The next day, youll return to the national park to see Kata tjuta at sunrise. As dawn breaks over the horizon, Kata Tjutas rock domes dramatically change colors in the glow of the rising sun. After youve watched this astonishing, naturally occurring light show, youll be treated to an outback picnic breakfast. Listen for the sounds of outback creatures, as the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park is a haven for Australias most famous fauna.
You can choose to take both tours in one day or spread them over two, and you can also schedule the tours in the opposite order, visiting Kata Tjuta first, should you choose to overnight at Ayers Rock for extra nights.

Fantastic guide Erica on both my sunrise and sunset tours. Highly recommend her and tours. Loved Urulu experience.

Tours were both great but weather slightly disappointing as it was cloudy and very humid and, bizarrely for the desert, we even had a brief shower of rain! Sensibly, because of the extreme heat of the evening, our sunset tour was adapted to be less strenuous. The sunset and sunrise light was not as spectacular as it can be because of the conditions. All that said, the tour guides (Julia from the Italian Tyrol and Sebastian from Belgium) were both excellent and knowledgeable and we learned a lot about both the geology and the Anangu people, their history, culture and treatment by the early settlers. We learned there is far more to this unique place than comes from the photographs, not least because a lot cannot be photographed and has to be experienced.

Both sunset and sunrise tours were excellent. Ryan took the sunrise at Kata Tjuta. He was really knowledgeable and friendly, happy to take pics and assist in anyway. Gareth took the sunset tour and again was knowledgeable and friendly. The company run comfortable transport and both guides were capable drivers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The breakfast at sunrise was really tasty and the sparkling wine at sunset added to the occasion, all in all very good value for money.

The company organises small group visit to the main spots of the park. The tour is relaxed, accessible to everyone and the guide are well prepared and they can tell you many stories about local people. The food (and the wine) is delicious and everything is really romantic. Totally recommended.

Very enjoyable tour! This is one of the most unique places on Earth so take some time to enjoy the sunset in this magical place. The food was just okay though.

The Sunset Uluru Tour with our guide Davide was excellent. Although Davide had only been working for this organization for about three months, he knew an incredible amount of details and Aborigine stories to tell us. It was a very private tour, as besides my husband and I, there was only one other lady from Adelaide. Highly enjoyable!
The Sunrise Kata Tjuta Tour was also very good - but there were lots of people at the same spot.

Informative and pleasant guides, keen to impart their knowledge and happy to answer questions. The small size of the groups gave an almost personal feel to the two tours.
