Mydie met us promptly on schedule and took my wife and me on a most enjoyable 3 hour morning tour. She obviously loves Dublin and is knowledgeable about its history and folklore. She is also keen about the current political scene. We learned a lot. Also, she chose a quiet cafe for a break which we liked and recommended a nice restaurant for lunch. Highly recommended. We loved our tour! Eamon was the BEST! He was knowledgeable, kind, funny and patient and engaging with our 3 kids (aged 8, 10 and 10). Keelan is an excellent With Local host. Kept my history loving husband interested with all his knowledge of Dublin and Irish history. Kept my teen interested in interesting/humorous facts and areas of Dublin. Felt that we got the true story of Ireland through someone who was born and raised here. He even shared stories of his grandparents and parents. Keelan has a true passion for Ireland. Saw so much in 3 hours, so much better than if we had just walked around Dublin ourselves. Highly recommend. This is our second With Locals tours and definitely plan to do again on future trips to large cities.
