This was sold as a tour of the Vatican museum, Sistene Chapel and Basilica tour. The crowds were extreme and it was extremely hot. 2 hours of continuous observation of Museums etc. Then our guide informs us prior to the Sistene Chapel, this is where I leave you. You do the Sistene and Basilica by yourself. Well we got through the Sistene ok but then despite asking numerous guards the direction to the Basilica we were guided in the end to the exit by the entrance . There was no access to the Basilica other than lining up for ,2 hours in 100° Heat. I bought this tour from the other side of the world on the basis it included access to the Basilica. Very disappointed in the overall your particular when our guide dumped us. Be wary of this tour.

The tour was not enjoyable. The place was just heaving with people (Aug 5). And because of the crowds you get separated from the guide so you can't actually see what she's talking about at times. I'd suggest that people just school themselves up on Youtube and go to the places they find interesting.

Very knowledgeable guide. The guides humour kept us on our toes. The large number of people made it stressful.

  • 01-Aug-2023

Very impressive, specially the Sistine Chappell, and all Roman sculptures. The Basilica is also a place to be visited: La Pieta and other masterpieces by Michelangelo and Raphael.

  • 31-Jul-2023

Great tour guide! An escorted tour is the best way to see the Vatican Museums and Sistine chapel. Otherwise, you will wait in long lines and not be very informed of what you are seeing.

Of all of the tours I have taken through Europe. This was in my opinion by far the most beautiful in terms of architecture and sculptures, not even taking into account viewing Michelangelos masterpiece, this was an a beautiful, amazing, breathtaking experience that I strongly recommend for anyone.

Site was magnificent. Tour guide was knowledgible n friendly. Only problem was no bathroom in the office meeting point.

  • 15-Jul-2023

All was awesome, but was disappointed that we did not get to go to Raphael room. Tour guide said we had to come to earlier tour to see this room.

  • 15-Jul-2023

The tour guide was very interesting and knowledgeable. She took time to explain a lot about the museum artifacts

Do not book this company. Organizers and tour guides were rude, inattentive, and unorganized at best. Our tour ended more than an hour early because the guide was so rushed. There are plenty of tour vendors in Rome, don’t book with this one.
