-
Begonia was a great guide and the itinerary was fab! Bayonne was a charming fishing town, Biarritz was less fancy than I expected, and Saint Jean de Luz was super charming
-
we enjoyed the trip very much, all went just perfect! Our guide, Emilia, was kind and caring, knew a lot about art and history.
-
Our tour guide Begonia, was absolutely wonderful! She helped us see and understand a part of the world we wouldn’t have known if it weren’t for her! We would absolutely recommend the tour and Begonia if you can request her!!
-
The tour was wonderful . The tour guide gave lots of information about the Biarritz and French Basque coast that was meaningful and insightful. The sites were beautiful.
-
Our guide, Maddie, was terrific - we had some medical issues and she was very accommodating to our needs. She was an excellent tour guide, full of information and had a terrific personality. We were lucky and had beautiful weather which was a bonus!

Our two guides were delightful people, but they needed a lot more training to staff a trip at this price point. Most tours at nearly 200 a person are led by individuals with a deep knowledge and attention to customer service and historical context. For example, rather than have us sit In traffic or wait for parking, one of the guides should have dropped us off and met us and the other guide at a designated location. In contrast, we hiked the Camino de Santiago and toured six pinxtos bars the previous day. In each circumstance, the guide had a solid script--complete with anecdotes about the sites and an interest in fielding questions. We have booked at least 10 tours through Viator. Our hope is this constructive feedback leads to better staff preparation, and thus other participants will have a more rewardingexperience.

Very disappointed. The driver was nice but English not so good .It wS only get second time doing this tour and did not know anything about the places we visited. She was just a driver. Needed more time I. Biarritz. Lunch and free time in the town would have been nice. Barrone was disappointing and could have been omitted and more time in Biarritz. Overall not impressed with tour.
