  This could be so fun if the bus just stays in south-beach or maybe goes to little Havana or wall district . It's too windy at night to hear the guide you need to move downstairs . It's fun and the guide is funny but be prepared for major wind if you are on top . Also the big bus sign is hard to see for pick up .

  Hands down this had to be the absolute worst bus trip tour I have ever experienced in my numerous travels. Definitely a waste of money due to long delays, buses that either broke down or had to be taken out of service because the air conditioning broke and inefficient systems that allowed people to purchase tickets to hop on along the route. People jumped on and then took an immense amount of time gathering info about the bus ride and being indecisive about whether to purchase a ticket. Had a two day pass and barely saw a thing! And let’s not talk about the upselling of “the four best seats on the bus” for $5.00 per person right as we all lined up and were ready to board the bus in the sweltering humidity or the tacky signs at the bus door that said a $5.00 tip per person was mandatory! Someone needs to come revamp their systems for them if anyone cares about the customer’s experience. Trust me, there are better ways to flush your money straight down the toilet!

  Save yourself a million bucks! It costs a fortune for a family of 4 and the service is terrible! Be prepared to wait an hour or more in the miserable heat for the bus to come by. They say you can track the next bus. Well, according to the app, there is only one bus and it is more than an hour away from your stop. The buses are not well maintained and boiling hot on the lower level.

  Your was nice however; the buses aren’t well timed and we eventually had to take Ubers. Recommend taking the whole tour with the audio first thing in the morning and then don’t count on buses once you get off.

  I took a tour of Miami and the tour was poorly ran. We were instructed to wear earbuds to listen to a prerecorded message about the areas, but it was delayed and repeated itself. Nothing of importance was pointed out by the driver. During the tour it stormed so the people (on top of the double decker bus) got soaked and had to squeeze in the interior. The bus ended up breaking down and the bus driver (limited English) stated after 10 minutes of silence that he could not get the bus to start and a new one would be coming. We were able to get on the new bus everyone plus the tourist who were already on the bus squeezed on. NO APOLOGY or customer service was provided at all. After we departed the bus, no one was there to greet us and explain or offer anything. Over $100 for nothing!

  Service is quite good and enjoyable. But I asked a Big Bus worker when comes the next bus, he said me 15 minutes, we wait 40 minutes and no bus came ! It's a shame... Seb

  Don’t book with them! Book directly w/ Big Bus because we never received our tickets but Big Bus thankfully was able to retrieve them 5 minutes because departing.

  Bus was hot with no air, had to figure out the ear buds go in the top of the bus not on the side where the windows are. Also you have to be on number 1 in order to hear the tour, for a moment all we heard was music. The map was confusing, it was not in the order of the trip. And no numbers on the poles to see what stop you were at.

  Our visit to Little Havana was by far the most exciting on this tour..We saw the monuments of Bay of pigs ,a cigar factory where we could see them making the cigars and by far the Best we were in the Ball and Chain listening to live Cuban music

  Round trip around Miami, easy to do while on my personal opinion too expensive for 4 person (>210 USD). Hopped off 4 times and sometimes we waited more than 30 min as bus was too early or simply too late at current Saturday. Technically we faced issues as our German language was not always selectable while offering more than 5 languages. Headset was in price included.
