  • Bus to Rome from port was easy to access and they waited for us in the morning- the hop and go we couldn't fully utilize as we left more than 30 minutes late and to get around took too long to get to the destinations we needed i.e. Colosseum

  • Customer service of the transfer was mehhhhhh. I know I'm about to sound real whiny, but I believe the transfer bus was advertised to have wifi but it actually didn't. Big Bus hop-on hop-off was consistent and frequent as usual.

  • A good way to get around Rome. Got to see all the landmarks with such short time left.

  • The registration at the meeting point and the bus ride to and from went great, nice and easy. Only suggestion, would be that the host/hostess on the bus could have provided a little bit of commentary along the way for those who hadn't been there before.

  • The tour bus kept having mechanical faults. We were dropped off and had to walk a distance to catch another bus in extreme heat. The next bus had no audio working. Overall the tour was a disappointment.

  • The bus left so late from port to Rome which could easily happen 2 hours earlier to gain that time in Rome

  • we didn't get to experience- President Trump was in tour and there was a lot of traffic as well as street closures, we had to pay extra money to stay with the people who picked us up at the ship- Rome is about one and 1/2 hour away from the cruise ship and they left at 9:30am and then made a pit stop I believe we didn't get to Rome till about 11am and we had to be back at about 3:45pm to head back to the ship- If I wasn't on a cruise I am sure this would have been GREAT

  • Got more for your money than with the ships excursion transfer. They were on time and friendly. We had bar code to scan when we got to bus and could travel around at will. Only thing with it being an excursion tour we did not get around to see a lot had to pick a few favourites as time is limited with all the stops letting people on and off would be nicer if you have the bus for the whole day prior to cruise. We did enjoy it

  • There were multiple problems on this tour. Start time not listed, 9:30 start time way too late to see anything, took 2 hrs to get to Rome, driver couldn and #39;t start bus until after 10, gotto Rome st 12. Saw only the Badilica and then only had time to rlde the hop on. Never could hop off. Never again.
