  • I bought the deluxe 2 day ticket on the San Francisco Big Bus tour and really enjoyed it. The guides were really friendly and informative and gave us lots of good tips about how to cost effectively explore the city. The night tour is an absolute must do. The views of the city skyline going over the Bay Bridge and from Treasure Island at night were amazing.

  • I would give it a 4 out of 5. We had to wait a long time for the bus each time. Also, we seldom had a guide, it was always recorded info and the slant is always on how much everything costs in San Francisco. No one ever checked my ticket or even wanted to see it. I could have purchased the least expensive ticket and taken the most expense tour because no one ever wanted to see my ticket and I watched and they never wanted to see anyone's ticket. The info was good, the selection of stops was nice. We enjoyed it.

  • This was simply the best way to see San Francisco, the commentary was great, we did the complete circuit over the Golden Gate Bridge, got off and walked back over.

  • Can't fault the booking. Big Bus were very good and it was a great way to see San Francisco. The commentary very useful in getting to know the areas as we travelled around. No problem with exchanging the voucher for tickets to travel. Only drawback is the bus travels round in one direction so you need to plan your journey. If you want to get to a stop that has been passed you will need to do the circuit to get to it.

  • Great way to see areas you may not otherwise get to. Plus some fun history!

  • We did get to see some sights of San Francisco that we might not have otherwise seen. We were just in time fo r the first trip of the day at 0900 and found seats on top. It took us quite some time to figure out how to plug in our ear phones to access the live narration. The tour guise was already into his corny jokes and ignored our requests for assistance. Once we did get things figured out, we were subjected to a rapid fire commentary. The guide would tell us quickly of something coming up and then move on to something else usually before you found what he was talking about. We did get off at the Academy of Sciences stop and took a short stroll over to the botanical gardens where we spent a fair amount of time in a beautiful setting. We returned to the stop and reboarded another bus. This time there was no live guide. We assumed that it must have have had a canned narration as others had their earphones in, but after moving seats multiple times, we could not find any jacks to work, thus we just enjoyed the beautiful ride over the Golden Gate Bridge. We got off a stop for lunch and did not get back on and took the streetcar along the waterfront instead.
