This company didn't exist on the address we get from them. A whole other bike company at the address was so kind to give us the bikes for free due to the facts we were victims of fraud. We filed a complaint with Viator and all they did was send our complaint to the fraudster. They (fraudster) said this the other company was their company which it wasn't (i spoke to the manager at the address we got) and Viator did not respond properly to my complaint. I had asked them to send the money to the company who gave us the bikes for free due to this fraud and they did not react on this in the way I would have expected. I think they believed the lying fraudster and did no real check on whether he was lying or not. First time I am not satisfied with Viator. This issue should be escalated to the next level in command at .
