  • Amazing tour! I enjoyed biking so much , the tour guide was so helpful and friendly. He was on time and it turned out to be a private tour so we took both bicycles and started biking along Copacabana , Ipanema and leblon beaches as well and then went through a favela where I was able to see the other side of Rio de janeiro and then we started hiking and we saw on the way some monkeys and took great pictures . It was really unforgettable and not to be missed. :

  • amazing, especially the tour guide she was just the best

  • Jacqueline was an amazing tour guide. She knew a lot about the city and was really nice. We could pace the hike as we wish. Thanks again!

  • This was a very good experience, except for the rain and cloudy conditions. The bike ride was so nice along the beach and then we got on motorcycles and rode to the beginning of the hiking trail. The trail was not difficult to navigate most of the time, but it did go on for a very long time and all uphill. I am in pretty good shape for my age 60 ish but I was winded and needing to take breaks several times on the way up. I was glad I decided to wear my tennis shoes instead of my walking shoes because of the grip. When we got to the top, it was too cloudy to really see anything, but it was still a great feeling to get there. The way down was easier but then we had to walk miles it seemed through the favela to get back to the bikes. Although it was an amazing experience, it was hard on the legs and feet walking downhill for so long. The bike trip back was nice except for the rain. Be prepared for a lot of walking and wear good gripping shoes.

  • This was the highlight of our entire trip! Our guide, Gabriel, was knowledgeable, helpful and fun to be around. The motorcycle ride through the favelas to the start of the trail was one of the most memorable parts of our entire trip to Rio for 12 days! The view from Dois Irmaos was absolutely incredible. And the best part was that it wasn't crowded like Pao de Azucar or Corcovado. Loved every bit of this tour!

  • Our guide was excellent, very good personality and energy. The hike was slightly harder than moderate but totally worth it once at the top. The motorcycle taxi was great fun, and walking back through the favela was my one chance to see how many Brazilians really live. A great day!

  • Marcos, our guide, was very informative, helpful and flexible to our needs. He did a great job. Going up through the favela by motorcycle taxi was exciting, but most amazing were the views from the top of the mountain. I class the hike as moderate since there are some steep and slippery sections.

  • Good tour, especially for the price! Exactly as described! Id say it was a moderate hike, not easy, but I had also hiked up Morro da Urca the day before. I personally felt a little scared of the speed and sharp turns on the mototaxi up through Vidigal and would have opted for the shared van instead but Im a risk-averse person. Overall, fabulous day! Also, half a block from where the tour starts and ends is a fabulous natural restaurant with vegan and gluten-free options BioCarioca. If youre vegan and GF like me, great for lunch after the tour!

  • Great hike, incredible views!

  • Highly recommended escape from the city! Expect the same spectacular views compared to Corcovado but with the added feeling you made it to the top yourself. Very informative guide will help you getting there. Just make sure to wear shoes with plenty of grip. On the way down stop for a cup of Acai to revitalize and cool down! After this a trip to pao de acucar mountain is nothing :-
