Tour guide was nice. The ship was average. Food was average. The service on the ship poor. They couldn't get WiFi working through the whole trip and I guess they did not really try ...

The boat was not what was advertised.It was so old I think the Pharaoh's use it . If you review the photos we took of our room you will see why. Its a disgrace! You should be ashamed to con your customers like this. Dirt or Mold in the Showers, Toilet Seat Broken, Toilet Flush Button Broken, Exposed Screws in the walls, No Toilet paper holder, Bed Sheets, Pillow cases and Towels so old they were pilling grey. We had our own face wash cloth and compared them to the sheets in a couple of the photos. Worn and Scratched furniture.Ultimately we only stayed 1 night on you cruise, we got off the first chance we could.
The tour guide himself was very good and even continued the tour after we left the boat earlier.
I would hope Viator refunds or Credits the Cruise portion of our trip but my confidence is not high. -
