Explore Australia's east coast at your own pace with a Brisbane to Cairns travel pass. With this pass you'll travel with a small-group on guided hop-on hop-off tours, traveling by bus and train with all the well-known highlights of Noosa and Magnetic Island combined with unique, authentic experiences such as an indigenous rainforest camp and a treasure island adventure. The pass is valid for up to 12 months from your date of departure. You can hop on and off anywhere at any of the overnight or key activity stops for the total validity of the pass. All trips are guided by locals. The driver is the guide on your own bus sections; the guides travel with you on other transport. They are there to help you get the most out of your trip point you in the right direction, find wildlife, and learn about all the hidden local gems.

How it works?
Stay on one trip with the same group and travel the minimum time for a tour-type experience (itinerary below) or spend longer by getting on and off the bus/train at different places. Transport over your set pass route, whether in your local operators own buses, trains or boats is included in one direction, once. You can hop on and off anywhere over your route, stay longer and jump back on when youre ready.

Once you have confirmed your booking, your local operator will provide you with a login to their web-app to manage your pass. Book on and off your transport; book and review, and get great deals on accommodation and activities.

Travel Day: Brisbane Noosa or Rainbow Beach

Travel to the upmarket resort town of Noosa. Hop off here or continue onto Rainbow Beach for the night. Stay longer in Noosa or Rainbow Beach to relax bythe beach or visit Fraser Island.

Travel Day: Rainbow Beach (via Noosa) Emu Park
Switch from buses to trains as we travel up to Rockhampton and Emu Park. Here you can visit Great Keppel Island, visit crocodile farms, take part in treasure hunts and hunt for turtles at Bluff point!

Travel Day/Night:Emu Park OVERNIGHT TRAIN Airlie Beach
Spend the day atEmus Beach Resort before we catch the train in the evening and travel overnight to Airlie Beach the gateway to the beautiful Whitsunday Islands.

Travel Day: Airlie Beach Magnetic Island
Head out to tropical Maggie Island, where we stay at lodge with its own wildlife park. Explore on the island, as nearly 50% of it is National Park with amazing beaches and abundant wildlife. Your guide will join you on a walk around the Island, do more exploring or just relax by the pool.

Travel Day: Magnetic Island Tully
You reach Tully in the afternoon where you'll enjoy a dip in an amazing swimming hole at Tully Gorge and visit 'Alligator's Nest' for some scenic views before settling for the night in Mt Tyson Hotel.

Travel Day: Tully Cairns
In the morning you'll rise early to climb Mt. Tyson through the rainforest before returning to a champagne breakfast. Later that day you travel to Cairns and begin celebrating the end of your East Coast Adventure with your friends.
