The worst experience, keep your money and don’t through it in this garbage. The windows are painted you have no view at all except front of , it’s like a cage.

Our tour guide, Sri was wonderful. She was super funny and sweet. My wife and I had a wonderful time. The ride was surprisingly smooth, and Sri did an awesome job highlighting the sights and sounds of NYC. She was the best!

I would very very strongly recommend avoiding this company like the plague if the plague was suffering with a plague. Daytime tours the voice didn’t work so it was just a bus trip. Booked for the 9.30 evening tour. Just simply forget that. Organisation skills of a goldfish with dimentia

I was happily surprised with this bus tour. Both Darius and the driver were EXCELLENT!!! Darius was knowledgeable, hilarious, and a fun tour guide! I learned so much and was so much fun. The driver was great also. Very smooth drive in crazy NYC. I would definitely recommend this. Anytime in your visit is great to do this, but helps to do at beginning of your trip so you can get your bearings and learn a lot. You are awesome Darius. One of our highlights of our trip!

Our experience was very annoying and unpleasant. We specifically asked about the timing with the sales person who sold us the tickets for downtown tour, he mentioned it is valid till 8pm and confirmed it as well. Later at 6 pm we found out that the tour ends at 6pm not 8pm. This messed up our plans a whole lot and had to take subway to reach our destination. Topview should make sure their sales people don't give any false information to the tourists which costs their customers more inconvenience

Steven H did an amazing job and made our experience the best. Would definitely recommend to a friend. But the five day pass, and will most likely repeat the night tour again.

Driver/ Operator was 30 minutes late, abrupt and could not be bothered to answer questions. Not friendly or professional. Difficult to get tickets. Typically Victor provides QR code but this tour is run by TopView who insists on you downloading yet another app to your phone to obtain the tickets. The tour of Brooklyn was fine but I do not recommend this because of the tour operator and their driver

Go somewhere else, this tour is not people friendly. I’m extremely disappointed in the downtown Manhattan topview bus tour. I was told it was approximately a two hour tour. One hour later we had only made it to the fourth stop. This was not because of traffic it was because of the wait times at each stop. One hour later wen we made it to the fourth stop we sat there for thirty minutes. After two other Topview busses went around us I finally went to ask the bus driver if there was an issue and he told me to sit back down. My family and I then exited the bus and walked the 15 blocks back to our hotel in utter disgust. Total waste of $159.
