Awful service. Unfortunately we never made the trip so we can’t comment on the trip itself. However, the service was horrible. We initially booked the tour for the day after our flight was due to arrive, but we ended up not making the flight as one of us took ill and had to go to hospital, we informed the team as quickly as possible to try and reschedule/refund our booking. Yet we were given no condolences or either option due to it being less than 24 hours till our trip (but how could we have known one of us would take ill? There should be some sort of leeway for this). So we lost £140. Definitely worth thinking about before booking on through these sites.

We had the best time it was a beautiful day, the instructor was great. I definitely want to stay in Brussels for a few days so beautiful!

Alejandro was so helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you! We found the bud very comfortable too. We also enjoyed the tour too!

The whole duration duration was around 12 hours with 7 spend on traveling due to traffic. 2 hours to walk and see a chocolate demo plus 1 hours to eat...the time to visit the city less than 2 hours The bus used by the tour operators was a simple one, fully crowded and not of best comfort

Atomium and the townhall were very beautiful and definitely worth visiting. Unfortunately we had very limited time to visit them. The departure could be at least at 08:00, so that we had more time for exploring the city.
-
The trip was nice ,people was very friendly. We had plenty of free time to buy souvenirs, eat in restaurant, make a lot of pictures... We were really happy 😊.

It’s a good trip to get a taste of Brussels. Perhaps should I clise visit to other sites (cathedral, etc)

Tour guide Pedro seemed to be rushing the group around too fast. Understandable if it is a big group but we were around 20 only in the bus. Total walking guided tour in Brussels was less than an hour and we here left alone to wander for over 3 hours

The trip started on time but the tour was a waste of time I think it would be better and cheaper take a train on your own. The driver spent almost an hour driving around Brussels before stopping at the central plaza Then the tour guide will waste time setting the channels for the tour He could have done it in the bus while it was rolling around the city At the first stop they leave you like a 10 minutes walk instead of dropping you at the site
The tour was not organized for effort nor pleasure Organize your own trip instead of wasting time money and energy in this your
