Tour guide Pedro seemed to be rushing the group around too fast. Understandable if it is a big group but we were around 20 only in the bus. Total walking guided tour in Brussels was less than an hour and we here left alone to wander for over 3 hours
The trip started on time but the tour was a waste of time I think it would be better and cheaper take a train on your own. The driver spent almost an hour driving around Brussels before stopping at the central plaza Then the tour guide will waste time setting the channels for the tour He could have done it in the bus while it was rolling around the city At the first stop they leave you like a 10 minutes walk instead of dropping you at the site
The tour was not organized for effort nor pleasure Organize your own trip instead of wasting time money and energy in this your
Everything was fine except the lack of available toilette at the bus for a very long trip.
Unfortunately, we had problems because of that
The guide seemed experienced in his commentary, but walked too fast during the walking tour, and did not ensure that all the guests kept up under the rainy weather. Hence, missed out on some parts of the tour commentary.
The pickup was a bit confusing as there’s not much information given besides a general location in a public place. Overall the trip and tour was really nice. The guide, Alex, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was enthusiastic and friendly, and invited travellers to have lunch with him. The chocolate tour was great with the facilitator being great fun! There’s lots of free time to explore the city as well. If you’re looking for a more in-depth experience, I wouldn’t recommend. But if you’re an independent traveller, I would 100% recommend!
Brussels is very beautiful. Was very captivated by the Grand Place. Guide took us through the main sites in the city first on the bus and then some by foot. Would've liked some more time to explore the city without the guide, even an extra hour would've made a difference
Brussels was amazing and beautiful but it would be better if there was time to take pictures of some areas of the city even just for a minute per tourist spot while in the bus. I love the Royal Palace of Brussels and the chocolate presentation how it's made.
The tour itself is fine. You get to see the Atomium, the important squares and get some history. Our tour guide was excellent which made for a better experience. Unfortunately, there is a lot of dead, wasted time on this tour. You cannot stop off at either of the king's palaces or see any of the famous artwork. The UN and other major sites are simply pointed out on the bus ride. You are dumped in the city center and given a couple hours to explore after an odd chocolate museum tour (one I wished I had skipped for more time exploring).
The bus seats were painful and the driver was grumpy.
It's just that it takes forever get there and back...traffic is crazy on both ends. But Brussels is amazingly beautiful. Guide was knowledgeable but pompous and demeaning.
