  • The best tour ever. The tour guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the history of the Jewish people in Hungary. At the end of the tour we enjoyed hot chocolate and dessert. Would definitely recommend.

  • Excellent tour - the guide was very informative and helpful.

  • Knowledgeable guide, tour was a good length and learned a lot

  • Another must do in Budapest. We initially had doubts about this one, but it turned out to be fantastic. Don’t cut yourself short and schedule the extended tour. It was well worth it.

  • Our guide Petra was wonderful. Enthusiastic, keen to share the history of the Hungarian Jews, their synagogues, the impact of the First and Second World Wars, the people who helped them during times of conflict and hardship... So interesting. We did the extended tour, and really recommend it. Walking the streets of the former ghetto area and seeing the other synagogues was fascinating.

  • Excellent!!! the tour guide spoke English, Greek and German was FABULOUS opened our eyes to so much. No regrets even in cold weather!! MY DH and I knew much about the history but learned so much more. Take the grand tour - it is worth the extra money and time. We had 6 people in tour. Take it if you are in Budapest- A must!!!!

  • Great tour,we had amazing tour guidePetra, she was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about Jewish history in Budapest. We visited the most beautiful synagogue and Jewish museum in Budapest, had delicious traditional cake , walked around Jewish quarter and learned a lot about the holocost. It was the best tour we had and Ill strongly recommend this to everyone.

  • We were met by the guide at the time and place indicated on voucher. She was very pleasant and spoke good English. The tour was very good and we would definitely recommend it. One problem was that strangers joined the group and elbowed out those paying for the guide. We needed headphones to better hear the guide and avoid this problem

  • The portion of the tour inside the large synagogue was conducted by a tour guide from the synagogue. The portion done outside was all right, though not particularly memorable. Would have worked better to limit the group size to engage more.

  • I recommend this informative tour.
