    The driver was awaiting our arrival as scheduled and proficiently took us to his well maintained Mercedes sedan. The driver through the city traffic was smooth and effortless and we arrived at our hotel without any dramas. Our driver, Ferentz was friendly and very efficient.

    Our private transfer on arrival at Budapest-Keleti station was excellent. Our driver was waiting as requested on the platform and guided us through the crowd of people to his comfortable van. We had a pleasant drive to our hotel during which time the driver provided us with some usel travel tips and also a bit of history about certain parts of the city that we passed. A very enjoyable transfer

    Our driver was waiting on the platform where our train arrived holding a sign with our name. He helped us with our luggage and we quickly arrived at our hotel.

    When we arrived it was difficult to find our transfer. We got off our train onto the platform and there were other transfers with signs but we couldn't find ours. We left the platform but I decided to go back to search for my name on a sign. I finally located the person. He had my name scribbled on a white sheet of paper and the writing was barely visible. He was very kind and well dressed. He immediately took my luggage and proceeded to walk very fast to the car. It was a normal taxi which I guess is contracted by Viator. He drove extremely fast thru traffic to our hotel which was located in the castle district. He was very helpful in unloading our luggage. Overall I would use them again but I would suggest looking out for them once you get of the train.

    Our driver met us right at the train and was very friendly. This takes out all the uncertainty of how to use the public transportation.
