You will start the tour from Tianjin, and departure from Tianjin train station.
In the morning, you need to get train station by yourself and take the bullet train to Beijing (prepaid train ticket for 30 minutes ride). tour guide and private car with driver will come to meet you at Beijing train station arrival exit.The first place you will visit the Tiananmen Square which is the biggest city center square in the world. Moreover, along famous Chang'an Street, you will see The Great Hall of People, and The National Museum (used to be named Chinese history and revolution museum). In additional, the center of the square is the Chairman Maos Mausoleum.
During lunch time, your tour guide will take you to a local restaurant for local authentic food meal. In the afternoon, you will visit Temple of Heaven. Which is the place for past emperors to worship the God of Heaven. It's interesting to see many Chinese elders dance, sing songs or play Taiji in the square.After the day tour, your driver and tour guide will send you back to the train station to catch the train back to Tianjin.
From the Tiananmen Gate you can walk towards the Forbidden City (the biggest Imperial Palace in world). There are 9999.5 rooms inside, and with over 600 years history. There were total 24 Chinese emperors who lived and ruled the country in this place from Ming dynasty to the Qing dynasty). It's worth to spend a couple of hours to visit the highlight of the Forbidden City.Note: Forbidden City is closed every monday, Summer Palace would be replaced.

Summer Palace was originally a royal garden and a temporary dwelling palace for emperors of Qing Dynasty, Its predecessor was the Garden of Clear Ripples (Qingyiyuan) started in 1750 and burned down by the British and French allied troops in 1860.
