Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage under 30kg per passenger. Oversized or excessive luggage will be required to pay an excess of AUD$10 per bag for transfers to Cairns City hotels and AUD$15 per bag for all the other destinations. Excess is payable direct by cash

    My plane was late coming in. Was met with very happy and accommodating people. Enjoyed the trip out to Palm Cove from Cairns Airport, taking in the sights and information of area and what is available.

    Although we weren’t sure where to go initially, airport staff were very helpful and once we found the bus, the driver was very knowledgeable about the area and took us right to the door of our hotel. Couldn’t fault the service.

    The person driving was not their when we arrived at baggage claim, however, he showed up prior to our bags coming off the conveyor. The Cairns airport is really close to town, so I would recommend Uber as it would be cheaper.
