Bonjour, Voici les 3 excursions ou nous avons eu des problèmes. Numéro de confirmation : 1275610204 Numéro de référence de réservation : 884240304 Numéro de confirmation : 1275606774 Numéro de référence de réservation : 884236802 Numéro de confirmation : 1275230178 Numéro de référence de réservation : 883837548 Nous avons précisé qu'à chaque fois les visites devaient être en français. Pour deux d'entre elles, notre guide ne parle pas francais, pour communiquer nous nous servions du téléphone pour traduire, grande perte de temps. Le personnel était très compétent et passaient leur temps au téléphone pour dire qu'il y avait un problème avec nous. Pour le son et lumière, il n' y avait pas de guide, c'est un chauffeur qui ne ressemblait pas à la photo qu'il nous avait envoyée qui est venu nous chercher, nous n'avons pas vu de guide, pour info le chauffeur ne parlait pas français également. Nous n'étions pas rassuré jusqu'à que le chauffeur nous ramène à l'hôtel. Et dès notre retour le guide que nous n'avons jamais vu nous demande de lui donner un avis 5 étoiles. Pour l'instant je n'ai pas fait de démarche, sans réponse de votre part, je fais des démarches officielles pour nous faire rembourser avec dommage et intérêt. Je ne trouve pas cela correct de vendre des prestations que vous ne pouvez pas respecter. Vous nous avez gâché nos vacances au Caire avec des prestations inachevées. Les guides étaient gênés de ne pas pouvoir faire leur travail correctement, ils appelaient leurs responsables mais il ne se passait rien. Pour info nous sommes des clients qui passons en général par vos services, mais là c'était compliqué et 3 fois de suite. On paye une prestation pour être tranquille et non pour stresser. Emo Tours Egypt is a very well run organization, with customer service available all the time and very good people. They are flexible! We were able to ask for specific hours, locations and things to shop for and were accommodated without question. They have very good cars and drivers also. Our guide on our two day trips at Cairo was Mohamed Hamed. He was very professional, very friendly, and a great communicator in multiple languages. He shared great local tips, and has extensive knowledge of historical Egypt. Whether you you interested in sightseeing or learning about modern Egypt he is an excellent guide. On top of that, he went way beyond expectations to help make our trip go smoothly.

Our Tour guide was the same tour guide who took us on the Nile Cruise the night before. He was nice. Next day on the shopping tour the seemed tired and annoyed. He walked too far ahead of us making us feel like he was ready to go. We felt rushed I mentioned several times that my wife like to take her time and we are rushing to fast. He didn't seem to care. When we wanted to keep shopping he mentioned we already visited the section we were in making us feel like why bother looking again. Truth is that even if we were in the same section again there were so many shops in that section we did not visit. He only took us to the Khan el Khalili market. We were supposed to go to to the other markets of El Ghorya and El Moskey as well. I tipped him at the end to be polite but should have spoken up. I do not recommend this tour. I feel ripped off.

My tour guide AHMED was very good. However in the description it stated we visit like 3 markets it was in fact one market "Khan el Khalili" and the others were just names of streets in there apparently. No lunch was included
