I booked online an within minute or 2 I got confirmation email an detailed info about where I need to board the shuttle as well as info that could probably affect someone that doesn't read the whole document which would be their own fault. I haven't boarded my shuttle yet I'm still early. The one thing I'd say tho is it could of had a bit of detail about if I present my ticket to the bus driver or if there's a desk inside I check in with before boarding

Turns out that there were no cars to rent, so best choice ever!! Parking places are very difficult to find these days. Timely service, comfortable bus, drop off at he hotel. Local shuttles are available to move around Banff.
