Gute schnelle sichere Fahrt mit modernen VW Bus. Kommunikation mit dem Chef via What's App unkompliziert und verbindlich. Mit Paypal bezahlt. Leider etwas teuer aber dafür exklusive Reise. Kurzer Weg zum Parkplatz vom Fahrzeug. Fahrer hilft beim Gepäck.

They did not show up. We tried calling and texting the number we were given and the number on Viator. We have a refund request in to Viator. I hope to receive a refund, or we will no longer use Viator to book anything.

The ride was good but the thing that grabbed my attention about the ride was that there was Wi-Fi in the vehicle which there wasn’t… I feel like it was false advertising and I could’ve chose something different for a better price, but the ride itself was quick and smooth

Great customer service and on time and the limo was very clean, we had to stop at one place before we go to the hotel and the driver was amazing!

Be sure to book your shuttle at least 24 hours prior to landing in Cancun. I didn't do that and needed to make some adjustments. But all worked out in the end.

They were there for us on time yet the wait for the car to get into the " pick up" area was way too long due to construction at the airport. There has got to be a better way! Too many shuttles trying to get in all at once for the Saturday pick up. I would use them again and hope the construction was completed.
