  Great experience. He arrived 20 minutes early. My husband and I were having a cocktail while waiting. He told us to take our time because he was early. We finished out drink and then left. They van was very clean. The driving was good and the driver was very nice.

  Not sure who picked me up they didn’t have my name and the shuttle company told me I was going to Playa del Carmen. The hotel is in Rivera Maya and charged me more money. I was not very confortable. I was worried all the way. I will be ready on 7/30

  Reserve y pague mi viaje con anticipación. Mi vuelo salió a las 6:00 am de CDMX y aterrizaba a las 9:00 am de Cancún. A las 7:00am me enviaron un correo con la cancelación del servicio ya pagado que por que no tenían suficiente espacio y no pude verlo hasta que aterrice (ya había enviado yo los datos de mi vuelo). Fue algo muy molesto aterrizar pensando que ya tendría el trasporte y enterarme que a la mera hora lo cancelaron. No recomiendo reservar el transporte con ellos ya que sin ningún aviso lo cancelan, es mucho más fácil y barato utilizar los taxis oficiales del aeropuerto.

  We booked with them 2 months ahead, they cancelled our reservation the evening on Saturday before our departure. We called and texted them they told us they did not going to where we booked. They got 2 months to tell us that, last minutes? Leave us no other choice but to take a pricey taxi’s fare. Stay away from this transfer.

  They cancelled my transportation the day of. I found out when I got off the plane and had to pay $80 for a taxi.

  Be sure when being dropped off to the airport that you pay attention to which terminal you are departing from. We got out of the shuttle bus to a over friendly guy. Helped us with our bags. Very chatty. We thought he worked for the airport and was helpful. He walked us inside to discover we were at the wrong gate although the driver said this is the terminal. The guy then said I have someone who will take you. We were let out at the wrong terminal, the shuttle left, forced to get into a taxi/shuttle and paid $25US to go to another terminal 3/4 minutes away that would of took 30 walking. We had to take the offer. The guy actually had a shuttle bus schedule and clip board in his hand.After paying through this company $9 For hotel pick up to airport which I though was a great deal to having to pay another $25US to go from terminal 3 to terminal 4 Felt like a scam. Pick up from the airport was smooth!

  The site was was not easy to use and book. I accidentally booked to the wrong location. Luckily they emailed me to get clarification which I did. I was picked up fine but I never got an email with the instructions on my pick up since I paid for a round trip. I started to call them the day before to verify and left several messages via phone, text and email the day before and the morning of the pick up. I never ever got a returned phone even after. I was never picked up and had to get a taxi cab last minute. I was traveling by myself and thankfully know Mexico was ok but I can't imagine this happening to a first traveler to Mexico.

  Alles was goed. De bus was makkelijk te vinden. Aardig personeel. Chauffeur stap netjes uit om je te helpen mrt je koffers.
