    I had a big problem with the original Taxi Service (BDS Cancun) that I booked thru Booking.com. The company driver was a no show. no emails, texts, nothing. BUT I ended up using eTransfers who was professional and got the job done round trip. I highly recomment eTransfers Taxi. They can be contacted at etransfers.com or +52(998)387.0229

    We were scheduled to be picked up at Cancun Airport by "Cancun AIrport Taxi Service." The company that actually picked us up was "Shuttle Centro." (Neither coming nor going did we see the original name.) in the context of Cancun Airport, the lack of the actual name created some problems..... Other than that, the drivers --both ways--were competent and we got to out destinationsAnd . .....One problem: In filling out the form, I sought to be dropped off at the Ferry in Playa del Carmen. Instead of leaving that end-point as a destination, the form gave another name. ....We eventually were brought to one ferry...but found that it was not operating that day...so we had to backtrack to the ferry that was operable. (Completely avoidable if the taxi service had taken the time to phone both ferries to find out which was operable.) That may seem like a big deal, but it could have created even greater problems.

    Trash don’t book them .. I booked and after I paid they told me I had to pay more . And then they canceled my booking while I was on the plane heading to Mexico so I didn’t have any transportation when I arrived… They think this is acceptable because they refund you but you still have to wait days for that money to come back … just don’t waste your time booking them at all …

    It was not very easy to find the desk at busy airport and then we had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the cab to arrive, but everything was smooth, And you know the price to pay upfront.

    Any and all of the taxi services in Cancun are criminal. It is so sad because I love the people of Mexico, the taxi drivers give them a bad name. The same ride has 4 different prices. I can’t wait for Uber to become more established here. The one ride I took on Uber was 10% the cost of a taxi not to mention you are helping a hard working self motivated person succeed. TAXIS ARE THE WORST FROM THE AIRPORT , in town, anywhere. They have no scruples. Rating 0%

    It started off great, and ended very poorly. Prior to our arrival we had already arranged the arrival and departure information quickly and smoothly. They responded to my messages quickly prior to our trip. We arrived to the airport at 12am. We had a delay but they kept track of our flight details. They were there waiting for us and we left within 5 minutes. Now, for the departure, we had a pick-up time of 8 am. No one arrived! And no one ever called! We had to get a taxi which was an additional cost of $43! We had already pain and additional $12 for choosing the incorrect “hotel zone” which wasn’t even mentioned in the selection we made, but still went ahead and paid it. We called the number provided and was difficult to navigate through the automated service. I left a voicemail the first time we attempted calling and no one ever called us back! We waited 20 minutes and called again! And were left on hold for 20 minutes before we decided to hang up because we were already on the taxi on our way to the airport. I attempted calling again the day after we arrived home and nothing. I’ve even emailed them attempting to explain the situation for some sort of compensation, and nothing. I’m very displeased with the service and don’t recommend this company. Will be speaking to my credit card company to file a dispute.
