Important: Maximum time spent at lounge is 3 hours for international flights and 2 hours for domestic flights

Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the scheduled departure time, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel between 4 to 7 Calendar days before scheduled tour departure,the cancellation charge will be 50% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel at least 8 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure time, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive Full Refund for the paid amount.
  • Please note that in case of No show, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the listed tour fare.
  • Please note tours booked using discount coupon codes will be non refundable.

  • This is the perfect way to wait for your flight. Perfect location very close to my departure gate, The staff was excelent

  • It was very relaxing to sit here outside of the hustle and bustle of the main airport, drinks were available without having to wait for a bar person on a help yourself basis. Wifi was good, though not easy to find the correct password as the main posters didn't refer to an available network

  • as this is my eight time of coming here to Playa I have done all the tours,I found that the prices of these tours have risen to over 100 dollars each site,when I first came here I did four tours as a couple it would have been 800 and for a family of four 1,600 on what you have paid for your hotel,you are pricing yourself out of the market for couples and familys in the European market also the exit tax at 50 in cash is outlandish

  • For what we paid, it would have been just as nice to wait out in the regular waiting area. It was packed, very limited seating, limited snacks and beverages. Very noisy too. The lady at the front counter was very condescending and rude... she was not a very happy person and maybe should think of working in a less people oriented profession? I have stayed at VIP lounges in various countries and this one wouldn't get my business again. It's also very tiny

  • The sign posting for this wasn't the best, head for the business suite...

    The lounge was very crowded when I arrived but after about 10 - 15 minutes a flight was leaving and the lounge was a bit more bearable to find somewhere to sit.

    I did not eat any of the food that was laid on not to my taste but others seem to enjoy it. The lounge attendant was helpful and cleared/cleaned a space for me.

    I spent about hour and half there in the lounge. I had a couple of Apple juices whilst there and it was alright nothing to shout home about.

    I had to ask for the Wi-Fi password but was given it straight away. The connection was OK, no complaints.

    I probably wouldn't use again if I traveled to Cancun, I could wait outside like everyone else....

  • The VIP lounge personnel did not know what I was talking about. Luckily I had printed out the voucher so they let us in. They said that the whole lounge was reserved by a Thomas Cook group. It was worth the price but I had to talk my way in.

  • Waste of money! Dreadful lounge. Hugely disappointing refreshments. Crowded and uncomfortable. We would have been much better off spending the money in a regular restaurant. We left early and preferred sitting in the main terminal area. We use lounges a lot and will never book this particular lounge again.
