Overview
Did you ever want to go parasailing but were afraid to do it alone? Imagine the feeling of soaring high above the Cancun hotel zone and exploring all the sites from a bird's-eye perspective! On the Cancun Parasailing Adventure you can do just that - and not alone but with a friend! Comfortably seating up to two passengers, this experience allows you to sit back and take in all the sights from the Cancun skyline.
Itinerary:
A boat will take you to the area where you can start your fantastic experience. The instructor will give you all the indications for a safe and entertaining trip. The parasail has enough space for two people sitting comfortably, so if you do not want to do it alone, you have nothing to worry! The rope will slowly rise, and you will travel from 60 to 105 meters above the sea, Isla Mujeres, the hotel zone or the Nichupté lagoon. Enjoy this exciting ride and do not miss this unique perspective, where you will go through the mangroves and have a view of the coastal line of Cancun, in the only parasail used by Disney World.

Ça a été annulé sans avertir : ni appel ni mail rien . Ils ont annulé toutes les activités avant midi . Nous on avait rdv à 17h : j arrive la bas il n y a rien !!! Ni personne ! 80€ aller retour taxi depuis l hôtel . Je rentre j appelle rien ! J ai contacté Viator c est eux qui m ont dis que ça été annulé. J attends mon remboursement il tarde un peu à venir !!!!

My family traveled from Texas to enjoy the parasling experience. Cancun had unexpected 3 hour detour in traffic so we missed the excursion. I have reached out several times to inquire a refund due to construction. No one will respond to any emails. We were unable to reschedule due to one answering phones or emails. This was not our fault and should be awarded a refund.

We were unable to even attend the adventure due to road construction so we never even made it to the experience. Once we were made aware that we couldn’t physically attend we contacted immediately and requested a refund which has been denied. We are not from Mexico and the fact that we can not get a refund is ridiculous!

This was my kids first time in Cancun, and they wanted to do it all, and try new things. So parasailing was perfect for them, and we loved it.

It’s was a blast! The employees were wonderful! Would definitely recommend. Only wish they could provide transfers from Hilton Cancun verses having to get taxi both ways.
