Know More about this tour

Your Jamaican nature adventure takes you over a series of decks and platforms, connected by traverses, mounted in the trees of the rainforest. You’ll begin with a safety briefing and demonstration of techniques conducted by certified canopy specialist guides who will stay with you throughout your adventure. Then the fun begins with your first traverse (zipline) as you soar over the Great River.

Your journey continues with eight additional zipline traverses coupled with intermittent nature walks. Each traverse and platform is unique with colorful names such as 'Limestone Cliff', 'Threesome Stop' and the highlight of the tour, the 1000 ft (300 meter) long 'Inter-parish Express'.

This Jamaica zipline tour offers a variety of experiences that highlight the diversity of Jamaica's landscape and history. Hear and see the rushing waters below as you traverse up to 35 miles (55km) an hour across springs, the Great River and a 150 year old dam. This amazing experience of gliding silently through a tunnel of trees is the closest you will ever get to feeling what it's like to be a jungle bird!

  • Meeka and Raheem were such awesome guides. The whole excursion from beginning to end was awesome. Zip-lining is such a thrill!

  • The zipling was great but be sure to bring extra mosquito repellent! The best part of this tour was our van driver. Joseph the driver from Chukka was HILARIOUS. Please ask to get him to pick you up if you can. He's got jokes and can sing/rap!

  • Zip Lining was excellent! A lot of climbing up uneven surfaces to get there so be prepared. Tennis or water shoes are required, no sandles. Guides were entertaining and informative, providing history and information on species of trees and vegetation. If you can find alternate transportation there and back I'd highly recommend it. We were picked up at 8:40 for a 10:30 tour and didn't get back to the resort till 3:30. First on, last off, with multiple other resort stops in between. Even a bathroom stop for a couple gentlemen who had many beers after their 1 hours tubing tour, but spent 7 hours of their day there as well. Waited nearly an hour after the tour to allow people to shop and couldn't leave until the zip lining crew gave us the ok. They wanted their shopping money. Others on bus did the tubing tour and was very disappointed. Didn't expect a 2 hour tour to waste an entire day of vacation!!!

  • A good experience and very well organised. Expected a little more from the zip wires. Other than one they were quite short and not at all anything to worry about. Staff were perfect, worth doing though for the experience. Bug spray is a must. Bought photos on disc and was disappointed for the price,

  • The canopy tour was an experience that I will not forget. I can scratch it off my bucket list. That last zipline through the forest was fantastic. The employees were very professional and made me feel comfortable that they would catch me on the landing platform, no worries. The scenery was so surreal...tall trees reaching the sky with the sun shining through was unbelievable.

  • It was a great experience and the guides were incredibly helpful. However, newcomers to ziplining should note that the tour is a bit taller than advertised on this site. At its highest point, it is 15 stories, or 150 or so feet.

  • Had a great time, good little hike up to the starting point which allowed you to get a feel for the countryside. Guides were great, answered your questions, lots of joking, weather not too bad, cloudy and warm. Zips were great but they were quick rides, the joke was the more you weighed the faster the ride! Great scenery, take your go pro but practice BEFORE you use bad : At the end, we ate jerk chicken at some recommended restaurants but the BEST we had was here! 10.00 for jerk chicken and fries and it was sauces, just the seasoning and grilled...worth the trip for sure!

  • We had a brilliant time. The tour guides were very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend.

  • A blast! You will enjoy it.

  • Tons of fun!!! My only suggestion is that the groups be a little further apart... the wait time for the next zip line was sometimes a bit long and you weren't always standing on the ground. However, the guides were great and often tried to make the waiting fun. I would caution that there is some hiking, some of it uphill, which of course gets you quite hot and sweaty at times. People with asthma might want to consider one of the other activities. I don't have asthma but a lady with us did and she found it trying at times ... otherwise I say go for it!!!
