This canyoning is intended for those who wish to have the first contact with the activity. It is an easy and accessible route and has a duration of 2h/2h30. This canyoning is located in the Center South of the Island, more precisely in the "Parque Ecológico do Funchal" Along the route, together with all the natural obstacles, four abseiling’s shall be encountered, the largest of which with 15 meters. The abseiling’s are alternated with jumps to small natural ponds as well as toboggans

It was an amazing experience on a beautiful day with two great guides (Pedro and Bruno) on Monday 14 August. It was a hot day making it pretty sweaty in the wetsuit outfit in the first place but as soon as we arrived at the river with very cold water, it was absolutely gorgeous and refreshing with a nice group. It's also great that you get personal photo's of the experience afterwards.

A really exhilarating and exciting activity that does require a good level of fitness for full enjoyment. Pedro and Filipe were very supportive throughout the experience. If I do this again, I would definitely take a pair or gloves.

The canyoning tour was amazing. Daniel and Bernardo are great guides, careful but funny at the same time, just people with whom it is pleasant to spend time. In level 1 we did several rope downs, some jumps and some slides, all explained very precisely. The also took a lot ot pictures, gave use all the gear in the righe size and even chocolate and water! I would suggest this tour to anyone, very good vibes.

It was a great experience because the landscapes are amazing and the monitors are cool af. It's a physically demanding activity but fortunatelly there are many levels to choose. Firstly, I tried level 1 which was very chill and anybody can do it. Then I tried level 2, which is a little bit more demanding since it has many more rappels. However, I would have liked to try level 2+ which has higher jumps but unfortunately I couldn't because not enough people had booked it. Btw, the highest jump we did in level. 2 was around 6 m tall and if you're scared to do it, you can do a water slide instead. The highest jump in level 1 is barely 2 m tall. 100% recommendable.
