Mourad was an attentive, knowledgeable and a good-natured guide and driver. The pick up experience was communicated with clear instructions (despite my delayed flight) and the day tour was flexible enough to explore the main sights but also enjoy some local markets and places. Le temps d’une d’escale à Casablanca, j’ai opté pour la première fois pour un tour guidé avec chauffeur et ce fut une expérience formidable. Malgré mes 3 heures de retard sur mon vol d’arrivée, la compagnie a su très bien gérer la situation et Mourad, le chauffeur-guide, a démontré un très grand professionnalisme face à la situation. Il a été patient, à l’écoute et accueillant. Il a su me mettre en confiance dès les premiers instants. Nous avons pu visiter plusieurs monuments et lieux emblématiques en 4-5 heures, ce que je n’aurais jamais pu faire en entier toute seule le temps d’une escale. En plus de venir me chercher/porter à l’aéroport selon mes vols et de m’avoir emprunté des sous le temps de trouver un guichet, j’ai pu découvrir une superbe ville et culture en compagnie de Mourad, un local de Casablanca. A great introduction to the city! Traveling solo with a small child, I felt safe and well-guided by our driver and tour guide, Mourad. He was energetic, super knowledgeable about the history and highlights of Casablanca's key stops on the tour, and was patient and flexible when it came to last-minute delays at the airport and hotel. Abdel and Zak were awesome hosts. We had such a great time during our layover, I wish we could have stayed longer. We started with a yummy breakfast at an ocean view cafe. Then we experienced the mosque and all the major sites. When we asked to see some local Hand crafted items, we were taken on a personal tour of a shop to see so many beautiful rugs, blankets and decor. To top it all off, we spent the afternoon with our hosts in a hookah lounge to watch Morocco vs Canada in the FIFA World Cup. I would highly recommend this tour.
