Bonus: An open bar, snacks are included.
Know More about this tour
Located off the northwestern tip of Aruba, small and secluded Catalina Bay offers placid, transparent waters, the ideal spot to refresh or learn snorkeling skills. After a safety briefing, slip on provided snorkeling gear and jump in!
Dip your mask underwater and marvel at a wonderland of tropical fish. In the shallow waters reaching a depth of approx. 15 feet (5 meters), you may see queen angelfish, schools of blue parrotfish and damselfish swimming around nearby coral and sea fans.
Then back aboard your catamaran, your captain takes you a short distance away to one of the islands best snorkeling spots, known as Antilla Shipwreck, a remnant from World War II. In 1940, the captain of the 400-foot-long (122-meter-long) German freighter scuttled his ship off the shallow waters of Aruba rather than risk having it captured by the Dutch.
The shipwreck now provides a thriving home for a diverse array of marine life. Put on your snorkeling mask, kick your fins and explore the waters averaging 30 to 50 feet (9 to 15 meters) in visibility. The wreck begins at approximately 10 feet below sea level.
Check out the starboard side of the ship, wholly crusted with thick coral. Hover over the forecastle and watch yellowtail snapper, butterfly fish, southern stingrays and green morays glide around the upper deck. Admire star, white-tipped fire and brain corals, and catch glimpses of barracudas, bluehead wrasse and schools of white grunts.
After a leisurely snorkel at the shipwreck, relax aboard the catamaran and sip more offerings from the open bar while we sail back to Palm Beach.
Catamaran features: water slide, sunning nets, build in benches, full stocked bar, marine bathroom, sound system, large shaded/ covered area.

Great trip, did this on my birthday in Dec 2020 and the staff made sure I had a great time! Saw lots of fish and a turtle while snorkelling
We really enjoyed our trip. We did the afternoon tour, which included 2 stops. All snorkel gear is included. The first stop was a reef off the coast in about 10 feet of water, very calm and clear visibility. The second stop was a shipwreck a little more in the open sea area, so you need to be a strong swimmer, and wear the life jackets provided. Definitely more waves at this location. Many people chose to stay on the boat for this stop, but I really liked seeing the sunken ship.
The staff were great. They were funny and really informed of the history and surroundings of Aruba. They spent time talking to their guests.
The crew explained everything for our safety. I have snorkeled before in the same area when a storm came up and no crew member to be found to help passengers get back on boat. Very sad! However our crew were awesome and enjoyable. I would highly recommend there adventure!
Great experience! Beautiful way to be on the water, snorkeling 🤿 was fun and very safe. The crew was fun and ensured everyone’s safety!
This was my first time snorkeling but I felt safe especially since I traveled solo. You def get to experience both deep ocean and shallow water. Def worth the cost.
The crew and captain were great. Very enjoyable snorkel and boat outing if you are looking for something that isn’t a full half day (3 hours). There is easy parking just past the Hyatt for Piets Pier if you aren’t staying in the high rise district and need to drive there. One the snorkeling stops can be reached by car driving north past kiteboarding and windsurfing area and looking where other boats are parked. However the ship wreck you need a boat to access. The fish weren’t as impressive at the shipwreck site (everyday is different) but the sheer size of the shipwreck was awesome. We saw plenty of parrotfish, Angel Fish, 1 eel, Blue Tangs, and more. They served fresh fruit and some type of meet empanadas as snack on the boat.
Crew brought out a cake for my birthday. Was so lovely. Thank you so much. The entire experience was so much fun. Captain was personable. Everything felt safe and Aruba is beautiful.
We paid $130/person in order to enjoy an all inclusive snorkel sail. Even though the views and snorkleing were great, the boat along with the drinks and food were not. There was no beer on the boat and the liquor provided seemed to be watered down. There were only finger foods provided, cold pizza bites, and cold pigs in a blanket. There was some fruit provided, but even then the fruit was not sweet and rather bland. I would not recommend this sail. The staff informed us the speakers on the outside of the boat did not work and we observed the boat to have damage prior to leaving the dock. We also did not leave the dock on time, due to the boat and staff not being ready on time.
The boat was nice but the person giving instructions was rude. when I asked for music he said why should we play music when you can listen to the other near by boat? Then as it came closer to the time for us to leave they were taking the gear/equipment so if I wanted to get a last jump I couldn't because I had no gear. Made me feel rushed. Better customer service would have been nice.
