Keith was an great tour guide with an in-depth knowledge of Harlem. It was a difficult task trying to squeeze a lot of info into such a short time, but he was able to cover a lot of bases.

Our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave us lots of anecdotes and history facts about the area. His personnal experience as a former policeman gave him a very interesting point of view on this place.

A knowledgeable guide that makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Great insight into the life and history of the neighbourhood.

We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Keith Taylor, was very competent and a very nice person. He took good care of us during the tour and could explain a lot of details in a very easy way for non native speaker tourists. I must say his pronunciation and intonation was very easy to follow. I recommend him very much.

It’s been an amazing tour - From visiting Hamilton’s house to visiting a neighbor’s house (incredible!) as we were passing by the street having Will describing with such precision houses history/architecture and with a touch of Art by visiting a Gallery ! Would recommend it 100% if you’d like a tour so fantastic it would make you wanna move into this neighborhood ! Thank you William !

Dr Taylor is a very knowledgeable and excellent tour guide. He added humor and took questions. Highly recommend for all except small children who would not be able to maintain interest.

Our guide was Keith, he was born and raised in Harlem and you could feel his love for his city. He was an excellent guide with, of course a ton of knowledge and historical facts about Harlem. He was enjoyable to listen to and we could have spent all day with him listening to his stories and tales. I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to learn about Harlem’s history.

Great tour with Jo - highly recommended. The tour was informative and engaging. Excellent value and great to be able to support the work of a local community organisation.

The tour started promptly at 145 th St and was to be 2 hours in duration and end at 125 th St. Eric was very knowledgeable and insightful about central Harlem spent a little too much time talking about City College. The tour moved slowly due to participants who had difficulty mobilizing and keeping up with the tour. This severely increased the time of the tour, and decreased amount of area covered, after 2 1/2 hrs we only reached 135th St and due to other previously planned obligations I had to miss half of the tour. Interested parties please NOTE:that this tour does require you to walk at least 20 city blocks and you will also have to walk down approx 40 steps. Be mindful

Miserable day weather wise but Keith kept us enthralled with his knowledge and passion for the area.
