Know More about this tour

Market Square, with its large pavilion and sidewalks, is a perfect spot for local vendors tosell their wares. Though the largest crowds gather on Saturday mornings, farmers, artists, and craftsmen come here every dayof the week and set ups stands from which theydisplay fruits, vegetables, and any number of hand-made items.
This unassuming building with a sand floor was built in 1833 and helps tell the fascinating stories of Charlotte Amalies Jewish heritage. The official name of the Saint Thomas Synagogue is Beracha Veshalom Vegmiluth Hasidim, which means blessing and peace and loving deeds. This building is the fourth synagogue on this site and was built in 1833.
The church was built in the style of a Roman temple, reflective of the fact that it was builtduring the classical revival period. The building has survived both hurricanes andearthquakes, due at least in part of its interior lumber core, which is covered withwoodwork typical of the colonial period in the Caribbean.
Prepare to be taken aback by the imposing tower of Blackbeards castle that looms above you. Home to tales of skulduggery and warfare, this famous landmark is an unmissable piece of Charlotte Amalies history. It was originally called Skytsborg Tower, meaning gun tower in Danish. For several years, the tower was part of a private residence and was later the centrepiece of a hotel called the Inn at Blackbeards Castle.
When you arrive at Fort Christian youll be immediately struck by its bright red exterior. A Gothic revival building, this stone fortification was built by the Danish settlers on Saint Thomas between 1672 and 1680 and is one of the most striking buildings in the city.

My second favorite place to go (St John is the blue ribbon spot!). Beaches are all perfect, food is great, people are amazing!

Took a young tech person to install on my phone--very difficult for me. But once on it was very informative-- easy to start and stop at each site described. Way too long to walk unless very fit and would be easy to drive and park if possible. Cost very reasonable.

Recently spent 7 days and 7 nights in St. Thomas sadly the hype did not live up to the expectation. We were completely shocked by the culture upon arriving on this island. It started at the airport upon checking at Avis car rental facility. Despite of booking and reserving a vehicle in advance as I often do for all my business travel, was disappointed to have to wait for nearly an hour for our vehicle. The car rental parking lot is about 1/2 mile from the rental counter, had to walk and roll our luggage over unpaved terrain covered with gravel rocks. The car we ended up having was filthy with worn out tires, had visible damages through out the vehicle. Totally different than my experience with Avis vehicles we have rented in other places. It seems like every human encounter had chips on their shoulders, most are downright rude and simply did not show any appreciation for our business. Most beaches are covered with sargassum and are not swimmable. St John island was no different, most beaches lack shower and toilet facilities. Will definitely not return to this place.

We pulled up to the starting location around 8:50 AM since the email told us the starting time is 9 AM. We get there and the place is closed. A waste of money on transportation. Currently waiting on a refund because the website showed no indication that the place was closed.
