A very nice and an atypical way of enjoying wine tasting while traveling in 3 different vineyards. A culinary experience starting off with a visit to a fish market, and having a Chef cooking for us in different locations. An additional sushi making class for everyone. Truly a unique experience, highly recommended!

Perfect combination of wine and excellent food. Jimmy is so friendly, knowledgeable and fun to be with. And we saw kangaroos! Highly recommend it.

Amazing day! Jimmy made it educational, fun and delicious. We saw the fish market that was the beginning of Jimmy getting some fresh seafood for some of what was to come. The fish market itself was worth seeing. A few indigenous to Australia varieties like “bug” that tasted like lobster as well as a fish market that had other amenities making it worth a trip back for lunch another day. We embarked from there to a lovely park with a lake where we had a bathroom break while he went to our eventual destination and prepared a breakfast for us at a grill station in the park. Two of the participants had special dietary restrictions and he didn’t just substitute something he made them special foods incorporating things everyone had. Fast forward to three very different vineries, one very traditional, one elegant and one modern. At the second and third wineries Jimmy paired the wines with delicious gourmet bites. The winemakers educated us about their wines as we enjoyed being spoiled for the day. The group was friendly, and more so as we got.more lubricated and it was fun to meet other travelers. Jimmy is a chef who enjoys his craft and enjoys others enjoying his cooking and it shows, One request: can some of the recipes be shared on line? Oh, and we learned to make sushi after breakfast and had our own creations as a snack later in the afternoon. Smart move to put the sushi making before the wine drinking!

Jimmy was a fabulous host and even better chef! We learned a lot, while enjoying amazing cuisine and wine. The food and wine pairing was simply the best! ~The West from Texas

Really nice tour with a nice guide/chef. Very accommodating and knowledgeable guide. My husband and I both enjoyed this tour very much. We highly recommend it. The chef was very considerate of dietary restrictions of me and others in the group. It was a beautiful day and all of the vineyards were amazing and beautiful.

The Sydney Fish Market was worth the trip all by itself! Terrific food & wine pairing. Beautiful breakfast cooked in the bush. Sushi making was fun! Highly recommend this particular tour for the food & novelty value!

Incredible bang for your buck - highly recommend any and all give it a crack. My mother and I enjoyed ourselves immensely on this trip; the views, wines and food were all top notch. Jimmy himself was all-round knowledgeable, funny and passionate about everyone having a good time.

We had a wonderful day on this tour and that was due mostly to our guide, Jimmy. He is a knowledgeable and talented chef who made sure we were well entertained, well informed, and well fed! I would recommend this tour for a family, couple, or group of friends without hesitation.

Jimmy runs a very professional operation. He is a top class chef and the amount of food and beverage served was generous. I highly recommend this wonderful day out.
