This tour is not good. The bus driver hardly told us any facts about the city, he highlighted points that were not interesting. The tour did not start on time, we sat in the bus for 45 minutes between the north tour and south tour, then when we finally got going, driver stopped the bus, got out and went in a store to get himself a drink. The only redeeming value of the tour was a stop at a hotdog cart for Chicago style hotdog.

I like the tours of the North and South side of Chicago. I just wished we stopped a bit more so we can take pictures of places like Wrigley Field. It's kind of hard sometimes to hear the driver because of the noise outside, but he did a good job in describing in detail all of the places we looked at.

The Chicago Grand Tour fully met our wishes and expectations. Most worthwhile! Tour Bus Driver was outstanding. The tour cost was appropriate.

Mitchell was absolutely wonderful. He knew all the history and details of every little corner. He was so informative, kind and made us all feel very welcome. I definitely recommend taking a tour with Mitchell, you will not regret it.

Ride was fine except the bus driver/speaker sounded like a recorder. He sounded like a boring recorder. After five minutes it gets annoying.

We had a very efficient tour guide who could crack jokes, Anton is his name. He could make your day special. We went to all amazing city views and Anton, our guide, let us get off to take pictures of Barrack Obama's house and let us have a taste of the famous hot dog stand without ketchup.

My wife and I took the complete tour 4 hours It was comprehensive and complete of all the spots that any tourist would want to see. Tour guide was very knowledge and a native of Chicago. He allowed us to stop at the Obama mansion to take pictures. I exchanged my online tickets at the gift store at the basement of Palmer House where the tour began and ended.

Your tour provides tickets to the John Hancock Observatory but the tour does not take you there. They told us that they stopped that part of the tour. You have to make arrangements yourself to visit.

We went on our own on a different day with the tickets provided. In my opinion, Viator should drop advertising the tickets with part of the tour. When we got there we had to wait 30 minutes in line. A fast pass was not provided by Viator. Even though the view was spectacular, it has become a Disney tourist trap with mandatory picture taking, gift shop exit, fast pass, and an extra fee for their new daredevil fandango called the Tilt. They need to clean up their act and revert back to their original concept of being a picture taking observatory. Since John Hancock sold the building, it has become nothing but a money making tourist trap!!! DROP THE TICKETS AS PART OF THE CHICAGO GRAND TOUR.

The tour was great. Be careful with the meeting point. You actually need to go inside the Hotel to the Gift shop and register. We waited outside so missed the departure. Luckily we found the attendant who lead us a couple of blocks to meet up with the coach. Service was great and was a great introduction to the city. Personally had a bit of trouble with the Chicago accent but it just added to the atmosphere.

Anton was great, could not understand a word that Leon said for two hours.
