Poor value for money - they have you arrive at 8 for a 40 min walk and a 25 min show. The show is very nice but only in Spanish. The seats are crammed while they could be more spacious. All this for 630 pesos per petson, about 32USD….

El show de noche vale mucho la pena, además de que puedes visitar todo sin tanto calor y tanta gente. Lástima que no vendan los boletos sino hasta después de las 3 pm y que la entrada era a las 8 pm, cuando nos habían dicho que a las 7 pm.

This was truly a disappointing tour. Except for transportation, buffet dinner appeared the food had been there for quite some time and light show, none of the inclusions indicated in the description happened. No snacks or beverage not even water were offered. No stop at an authentic Mayan village, no panoramic visit of Valladolid 'Pueblo Magico', no cenote x-cajum swim. The only stop we made was at some merchant's store. I was so impressed with my first visit last year to the Chichen Itza site that I invited a friend to accompany me this trip thinking that the light show would have been spectacular. Unfortunately, we did not arrive to the site until 1/2 hour before the site would close and was accordingly asked to empty the property for the light show. In other words, my friend did not even get the benefit of seeing the ruins!! Our bilingual guide could barely speak English and it was obvious he knew nothing historic to share with us during our 2-hour commute. He essentially dropped us off at the site and left us to wander around without the benefit of a tour guide which he claimed we would have once he got us inside. He did not give us instructions on what to expect once we arrived except to make sure we knew where and when to return to the shuttle. As I previously said, this was truly a disappointing tour and an absolute waste of money and a day of my time.
