We paid for premier and the driver was 20 minutes late. Then when we arrived in downtown Cancun to get on a bus, we were given a paperbag with a banana, Apple juice, a Kellogg’s snack, and a spoiled sandwich with 2 pieces of white bread, 1piece ham, 1 slice of processed cheese and and end of a tomato. This was “breakfast” for the premium price. Beer and water was supposed to be provided but was only offered on the way back from our trip and wasn’t really ‘unlimited’. Definitely not worth the price or experience!

Me and my girlfriend took this tour last minute and weren't sure what to expect but the knowledge and professionalism of Ramon, Tony and the boys was next level.

    Definitely would recommend.

Tour was good, plenty of spare time to explore the sites. However, out of the 4 tour guides, three were great. the 4th guide was obsessed with asking the tourists to stand in lines under the sun for few Mexican minutes. (I developed sunburn after that tour because of that).

This excursion was fantastic!! Staff was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. David was hilarious and i can tell he knows his stuff. This guy loves his job and is great at it. He went to each site and gave us their history on it which I found to be interesting. I hope every tour guide is as good as him. We were given unlimited refreshments to keep hydrate which was a plus because it can get very hot over there. I have no complaints and had a great time! My only regret is that we rushed out of our bus and forgot to tip them.
