  The tour guide and his driver were very knowledgeable , funny and professional. We were never rushed and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly ! I highly recommend this tour.

  We had a lovely day with Luigi and the small group on the Cinque Terra tour. The minibus journeys, ferry trips and time in the villages were all well-planned. Luigi did a great job in telling us about places to go and food and drink to enjoy, then leaving us enough time to explore and enjoy the villages on our own. Thank you for a really enjoyable trip.

  We booked a private tour of Cinque Terre on our day in La Spezia off of our Royal Caribbean Cruise. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend!! From beginning (booking/asking questions with Diana) to end f it was smooth and incredible. Our tour guide (Luca) and bus driver were great! Very punctual and flexible on what would work best for us and our group including grandma and 2 young children (3 and 6 year old).

  This tour is wonderful if you are not looking to dig too deeply into the towns. If this is your first tour or only Italian site visit, then save this until you have been other places first. Then, you don't mind the whirlwind tour, hitting the highlights. It is definitely better taking the ferries, so aim for good weather days! Luigi was a molto AWESOME tour guide. He kept track of us and went above and beyond to put our desires first. Grazie!!!

  This was along day, we really could have done the same trip ourselves by hopping on a train and catching the ferry back via the various towns. With each piece of communication prior to the tour we were reminded of the need to be punctual in order to make the most of the day yet with each stop we lost time and spent a total of 2.5hrs in the three towns visited. We had a hint of the day ahead when we stopped for 20minutes for a quick 5 minute toilet stop less than 30minutes into the trip. The towns were great but by the time we were shown which stores the guide thought were best there was minimal time to wander. Cinque Terra is a lovely area which is why I would say take your time and visit the towns by yourself to really enjoy the area.

  Have to say we feel like we picked the wrong tour here. In a day of 8hrs we saw three towns and spent a total of 2.5hrs between all three. The tour is basically a bus ride & a couple of public ferry rides which to be honest we could have done ourselves and a much smaller cost. The towns were great, the scenery from the ferries was great but we had such little time at each place to really enjoy it. In each communication we had from the tour operator we were reminded of the need to be punctual yet we seemed to lose time at every stop which contributed to the reduced times in each town. Overall we got off the bus at the end of the day feeling that we really didn’t get the value for money particularly given recent great tours we’ve with Viator..

  We had an excellent day in Cinque Terre with Luigi, a small group made it easy to see as much as possible in this busy day. Luigi gave us good, interesting information about the whoile region before we caught the ferry at the first town. He gave us good advice regarding the great food available in each town and the best sites for photos. We would recommend this tour for people who have limited time and want to see a beautiful part of Italy.
