The tour guide was excellent and the weather clear and sunny. This was all around great tour. I would suggest it for anyone wanting to see NYC from the water front

We learned a lot about Manhattan; but we found 2.5 hours was a little bit too long. However, I highly recommend.

A couple of hours cruising the water in Manhattan, couldn't help looking skyward in case Captain Sully was nearby again (you need to watch 'Sully' to understand). Anyway, the cruise took a couple of hours and was marred slightly by the awful weather... The cruise took in some of the highlights of New York, for example, we passed the Statue of Liberty among others. Another very informative day where my wife just loved the accent of the guide... Another trip to add to your bucket list, I'm confident you will also love this trip!

Good cruise guide was really interesting well worth booking premium as you can go straight to front of line and the seats are comfortable in the reserved area

This was a great way to see Manhattan from the water, especially for us first-timers to NYC. Enjoyed our tour very much and the tour guide was very informative and funny. He even handled a group of excitable and unruly elementary school kids in a polite, but firm manner and this was much appreciated by the guests (he was applauded!). The only downside to this tour was that it was completely disorganized when trying to figure out what line to stand in to board - and we had the Premier seating so you would think the lines would be properly marked. Because of all the confusion, we had to ask several times to make sure we were standing in the right line, but were told different things by different employees so we kept having to switch lines. Because of that, we ended up at the end of the correct line, even though we got there way before the crowd! So for all of that, I didn't want to give the full 5 stars, although our tour guide deserved the full 5!

A fun trip in the rain on a cool day with high tide.
The guide was very knowledgeable and easy to follow.
The city looked great in the fog and rain. Mysterious and inviting.
I suggest not to eat the hot dogs they are not very delicious and they are expense.
    Throughly enjoyable and fun.
MANHATTAN the greatest island in the world
    A fun trip.

No better introduction to Manhattan. I had just arrived in New York for the first time and it was a good way to begin getting my bearings of Manhattan. I was lucky, the weather was cold but sunny and managed to stay outside on top deck all the way. It would have been disappointing if I had had to stay indoors. Narration was excellent.

Very good trip in general, interesting and good views! Unfortunately the speaker system on the boat was not so good, we missed part of the very interesting story that was told by the elder gentleman in a fantastic way!

  • 14-Nov-2019

The tour is very good; the standard seating however (folding metal chairs) is most uncomfortable; the $25 per person for the better seating and some other perks should be considered.

We received a very good overview of New York City. Unfortunately, we were not able to have a complete tour because of the tide levels at the time of our tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and gave just enough history and information to make his presentation interesting.
