  • We enjoyed the Memphis tour. We got a beautiful day and our tour guide James Thomas showed us all the places of interest. He was very jolly and gave us time to look around at each stop.

  • We were the only ones on the tour. Were in a 20 passenger bus that was dated. The driver was knowledgeable and humorous. Also flexible with where we went.

  • very nice way to see and know about Memphis Hotel door to door pickup and drop off The stop at the Peabody Hotel was a terrific surprise

  • This was not a very good tour. The tour guide was neither friendly nor very knowledgeable of the sights he was showing. For example, he had nothing to say about Beale Street a Memphis icon - just let us off the van and said he would meet us in 45 minutes. He only had 10 people on the tour and managed to forget a couple at one of the stops. The tour stopped at such sights as a Bass Pro Shop 35 minutes and a tourist info center. I'm sure Memphis had much more to offer. The tour van was literally falling apart as he drove. The final stop of the tour before letting us off was to drive 20 minutes into Arkansas to drop off a couple at an RV park.

  • useful tour to get to know the geography. But unless you enjoy music history not an awful lot of history. The Peabody Hotel Ducks probably the highlight. Get to see where Gracelands is- 11 miles away- about 20-25 minutes allowing for traffic.
Pick up from tour from hotel to tour offices which were close to Sun Studios.

  • Our tour lasted 3 hrs. Theresa our guide pointed out and described many things to see. Well worth the time and money.

  • very quick tour, but were allowed to get down and look at several locations. The driver was very courteous. The tour lasted perhaps 1-1/2 - 2 hours..............

  • Tour guide was very good

  • It is with sadness that I feel compelled to send this review. This trip was one we would prefer to forget and do not recommend.
My friend and I experienced the following:
    1. Waiting in the cab office in Memphis for 30 minutes, the tour was supposed to start 2pm! and given no information for the lateness.
    2. The courier was the driver. She had no microphone and consequently her voice was 'screeching' hence was difficult to understand what she was saying and most unpleasant to the ears..
    3. The courier/driver was often answering and talking on her mobile while driving and at times this interrupted what she was saying about a particular site of interest.
    4. The courier/driver frequently looked behind her giving eye contact to a third passenger as she was talking. To do this she was taking her eyes off the road.
    5. The places of interest we were dropped off were very short and we were not able to look around leisurely.
    6. I felt very unsafe and developed a severe headache probably from all the screeching and my anxiety in the hands of a driver not paying full attention to the road. I cut short the trip by informing the driver I was unwell and she subsequently took me back to the hotel, I am not sure at the time what happened to my friend and the other two passengers. However on the return of my friend at the hotel 5.30pm she too was appalled at the experience. This trip spoilt part of my holiday in Memphis which is unforgiveable.
Fortunately we had a trip booked for the next day - a tour of Memphis and riverboat experience.

  • pick up was late, didn't even seem to know about us when we rang. stops on the tour were just were you could buy things, bus was not air conditioned or even clean. tour guide yelled from the front of bus and couldn't hear him clearly.i know part of it was drive by tour but didn't realise it was at speed. drove the whole way out to graceland to sit in a carpark and wait for people that wasn't even on our tour. left on beale street rather than back at hotel. worst city tour i have ever done.
