Awesome trip! Our guide was super kind and helpful, taking time to answer all our questions! We weren’t able to see some of the sights but it was totally understandable due to the St Jude Marathon
-
The bus was small for all the persons on there, it was a full "house" felt like sardines. we had to ask her to put the ac on for us in the back. We ended up just not hopping back on from the Beal Street stop.
-
Excellent tour with guide Melvin. We saw all of the major sites, we able to stop at most and take pictures. Going to the Peabody and watching the ducks was a highlight!!!

It went very well. The people in the group were very friendly. A safe way to explore Memphis. Excellent tour guide

Save your money and avoid this tour at all costs. We booked the tour directly through the company last week and took the tour today (08/27) and wish we would've skipped it altogether. The tour was supposed to be 10 am to 1 pm. We didn't finish until 1:50 pm which was going to make us late for our next 2pm tour. Usually you would be excited to get more time, like an added bonus, but this was anything but the case. I booked this tour specifically because they had so many stops. Sadly, that was NOT the case. You just drive by, not even STOP, at SOME, of the locations advertised on their website, not even all of them. Some you can only see across the street out of a window on the OPPOSITE side of where you are seated. My husband saw the driver's sheet which stated 10-15 stops at each location, but we definitely did not have that privelage. Out of 13 places listed, we were only allowed to get off at Peabody Hotel, Beale Street, and Bass Pro Shops pyramid. Aside from that, you're stuck in the shuttle the entire time while your driver Evelyn is speeding down the roads, hitting every pothole in sight, I was bouncing out of my seat at every turn. By far the ROUGHEST ride I've ever been on. The worst part, you start at the Blues City Tour office, then you go drop off people on another tour, then do a few stops, then pick up more people, for another type of tour, and it's just a bunch of people, doing different tours and stopping for countless drop offs and pick ups. I've been on several tours across the United States and nothing has disappointed me nearly as much as this one. Save your money. Find a different company or just go visit the places yourself, where you can actually get out and take photos at each stop advertised.

It was a wonderful experience and Evelyn was great, she made it very exciting and memorable experience.

Seeing the various Historical Buildings, Museums and homes. The tour guide was very knowledgeable of the city historical background and painted a very interesting picture with her words!
-
Save your money do not take this tour. The bus is broken down, the AC BLASTING you can’t hear anything Gladys was saying. Hardly a guided tour, did not learn anything at all. Not worth it. Big waste of time and money. It was nothing like it was explained when I purchased tickets

We booked the ‘Elvis Experience and City of Memphis’ tour and we thoroughly enjoyed our day with Evelyn, our bus driver and tour guide! She showed us the highlights of Memphis along with sharing a lot of the history of the city, and we had time to spend at key places such as Beale Street, the Memphis Pyramid, and the Peabody Duck Walk! The highlight for us was our afternoon at Graceland, where we were dropped off to explore at our leisure and picked up at a designated time later in the afternoon. The office staff at Blues City we’re friendly and helpful, and the entire experience was a pleasure! Thank you to all who made a great day possible!!

Sam was an excellent tour guide. He used humor and his knowledge of the city to inform us. Sam has a passion for the city that shows when he talks about St. Jude’s Hospital. He cares about each traveler on his bus. Therefore, I would highly recommend Sam, if you want the best tour!
