This tour company is top notch, highly recommended. They are on time, friendly, and professional. My family of 4 took the hanging bridge and water fall tour and had a great time, relaxing and informative guide. We also took the rafting tour and it was so awesome. We had adrenaline rush, relaxing swim, local fruits by the river bank watching the river go by. Most importantly, we felt so safe with the guide. The lunch at their farm to table were also so good and local. Thank you Jacamar, Pura Vida.

We did the Balsa River (my first time rafting) with Jacamar - super exciting with beautiful views! Lunch served afterwards was also at a very nice countryside restaurant with delicious fresh food. Overall highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time on the river with Radar & Frank. Highly recommend you ask for them! We lucked out and we’re the only ones that booked for that day so we had a couple other tour guides join us and the day certainly didn’t disappoint. They aren’t a huge company for rafting (yet) so it’s great to go with them as they truly cared to give us a good time out on the water! Local fresh fruits and snacks as well as a farm to table Costa Rican lunch afterwards was delicious! We will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Great time white water rafting with my family. James & Frank were great guides and got us safely through the rapids. We enjoyed a delicious farm to table lunch afterwards.

Super expérience, staff très sympa et à l’écoute de toutes nos questions. Repas du midi également super, directement à la ferme. Merci

first time white water rafting for me, my sister and our friend and it was amazing. Our guides Diego, James and Miguel were great and made this a safe and fun experience. The fresh fruit on our stop halfway through was delicious and we saw a sloth while stopped along the bank. Second half of the trip we had more time to look around and just float through the jungle in between Class II rapids. The day ended with a farm to table lunch of traditional Costa Rican food and it was delicious.

MUST BOOK THIS TRIP!!! We had James as our guide (I wish I could remember the driver’s name and our safety guy) and they were all so awesome. White water rafting was so cool (we did 3 &4). We stopped half way for some delicious fruit as a snack before continuing our trip. I would definitely do this again, it was so fun!!!

An absolute highlight of our trip!! We were a family of four -- two adults plus an eleven and thirteen year old. We did Level III rapids which were just challenging enough but always felt safe thanks to our very capable guide. We saw all kinds of wildlife including howler monkeys. highly recommend!

1st time I went WWR & it did not disappoint. We had such a fun day & our instructor Orlando was experienced, fun & knowledgeable of the surrounding area which was beautiful. We seen sloths and beautiful birds when not riding the rapids. Would highly recommend this tour for all experience levels. Lunch at the end was also excellent.

We paired this with a morning of Ziplining in a separate area and it is worth mentioning the transition between the two was seamless despite being miles apart. Our guide Orlando was superb- combining local knowledge with expert raft skills. The rapids themselves will satisfy all levels of experience, especially those who have not enjoyed it before. Beers provided at the end for those who partake (alternatives available), certainly cemented that 5* review for me. Lasted around 2 hours including a fruit stop. Good for families and couples, old and young. Excellent safety but you'd want to be comfortable getting wet. Also included a delicious local meal at the end
