Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcases (max 50lbs) and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
Strollers can be stored underneath the bus provided they can be folded by the passenger, weigh less than 50lbs, and do not have a motor.
Children must travel with an adult.
Infants and Children weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) who board a seatbelt equipped vehicle are required to ride in an approved CMVSS car seat supplied by the childs parent or caregiver, and be secured to the vehicle using the seatbelt (lap belt).
Certified Guide Dogs can accompany an individual on our bus. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented to the driver during check-in.

Convenient. It’s not a sexy bus ride but gets you from point A to point B easily. Several stops along the way on the bus to pick up other passengers. Ferry ride is short with pretty views. Worth it to pay $14 extra per person to get into the upgraded lounge. The lounge price includes Starbucks coffee and assorted breads and cheeses for snacks. Not really for children as it is a quiet zone.

Enter bus terminal, go to right. BC ferries bus leave from the back of terminal. Driver loads luggage about 30 minutes before departure time. Drive to ferry about 1 hour. Loading onto ferry and trip about two hours. Bus to downtown Victoria about one hour. Everything ran on time and was well organized with bus getting priority onto and off ferry.

We arrived much earlier to the Vancouver Bus Depot (after departing from cruise ship) than expected and we were able to take an earlier one than booked. Grateful we did not have to sit in station for another two hours!
