Know More about this tour

First you will visit and climb the Nohoch Mul pyramid, the tallest of the Yucatan peninsula, which overlooks entirely the jungle that surrounds this imposing structure located next to a legendary lake.

With this panoramic view over the horizon you can reach the sight of other cities and legendary pyramids in the Mayan world, even though they are located hundreds of miles away. A definitely unforgettable view.

The guided tour of the ruins by bicycle or tricycle is conducted by a certified guide by the INAH (National Institute of Anthropology and History) who will explain fascinating aspects about what life was like for the mayan people in Coba, its extraordinary architectural skills and scope of communication by tens of elevated roads built to maintain contact with other cities.

After the guided tour of Coba, you will be able to choose between these two options included in your tour:

1. Visit a Mayan village and take part in a pottery workshop following the ancient Maya techniques.

2. A zipline crossing in the lagoon of Coba and then swim in one of the most beautiful cenotes of the region.

At the end of any of these two activities, we meet for dinner in front of the lagoon, watch the sunset with its wonderful reflection on the lake and eat traditional food which includes chicken or cochinita pibil, red wine, or flavored waters, While dinner you'll enjoy Mayan music and ball game with scenes of the Popol Vuh.
