Great experience, we were picked up on time and the tour was well organized! Super exciting and we were able to quickly pass through the lines and get through all the activities in a timely manner.

Great tour, but very long day. Coba was amazing and climbing the pyramid was a great experience. Definitely pay to take the tricycle ride into the pyramid, that's an experience all by itself and it saved our energy to climb the pyramid. If you're afraid of heights, climbing the pyramid may not be a good idea. I've been to Tulum once before, but friends we were with have never been there. Still great. The cenote was fun, my husband enjoyed swimming in the cenote. We could've done without Playa Paraiso, too crowded and water didn't look all that great. We loved that the tour company picked us up at our condo, but BE CAREFUL, not all tours you buy on Viator will pick you up at your hotel, especially an early morning pick up may be a problem. You may need to meet the tour at a different hotel.
I found once you're at your international destination, there is no way to get a hold Viator, they do not respond to messages sent via their website, we could not find a local phone number for back in the United States, as their toll free number does not work calling it from international. We had questions regarding this tour, I ended up emailing the local company in Cancun.

I basically ran up to the top of the Pyramid at Coba, the waters at Tulum and Playa Paraiso are heavenly I've never seen water so stunningly aquamarine and turquoise with baby powder fine white sand. The ruins at Tulum are actually, many of them, in very good condition!! It's a good spot to get a forum vibe with a nice beachfront location, very fresh air and nice walking paths.

Very good tour, packed with a lot to see and do. We had Carmen as our guide and Orlando as our driver for the day. My only criticism is that we were a mixed group of English speakers and Spanish speakers, so while our guide Carmen was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job as a bilingual tour, I feel both groups would have gotten more out of the experience if we had each been in monolingual tours for the day.

We had a great day, our tour guide Sandra was a delight she was sweet, funny and very knowledgable. Our driver was very good he picked us up from cancan and at 6:15 am and delivered us back to our hotel around 7:30pm, even though he had a long slept He was always cordial.
A nice day and the Maya ruins were great, though I we enjoyed the Cenote The most.

Had a great time. The tour guides Pablo and Orlando were very fun and knowledgable. We rented the taxi tricycle in Coba, I highly recommend it since it saves your legs for the climb.
