Our guide was very informative and professional. He knew a lot about Colombo. and did whatever he could to help facilitate moving around the city and traffic even if it meant breaking the order of the itinerary. The only issue we had was that we were picked up an hour later than the arranged time. This appeared to have been the fault of the company representative who chose to send our guide directly to the ship.
