Few hiccups to start, like the tour had been changed, and we weren’t notified. But the staff got on it right away and rescheduled us. Helpful to have them walk us to and through skip the line process

Highly recommend this tour. We had Noemi and she was great. Very knowledgeable of the the area and has a great sense of humor. Small group allowed us to have more interactions and questions. Definitely book this tour and ask for Noemi if possible!

The meeting point was wrong we didn’t get a tour guide, and we only did the coliseum due to time, when they sell you the hole package, a random guide find us and took us to the door let us in, and just left us there to our own devices, wouldn’t recommend it at all.

This ‘tour’ was with Vivicos as the Operator. The meeting spot we were sent to was empty - no operator showed up. Since there was construction occurring close by, I started emailing and they said they would be there. In the meantime, we had a very helpful operator from another tour company show us the Vivicos office so we just went there. Tour was supposed to start at 4:45pm - didn’t start until after 5. If they would have stopped to meet us at a the designated location, it would have been even later -since we didn’t end up getting into the Colosseum until close to 5:20. It was supposed to include the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. When we asked if we had the right tour he said yes but that all 3 locations close at 6 so we would only get 1 in and best to do the Colosseum. My suggestion is don’t book this tour. Total misrepresentation of what you are getting. The ‘tour’ included him taking you into the Colosseum and cutting you loose - not an educational word at all. Book a different tour. We did get to see the Colosseum which is awesome just wanted a guide for it- that was the upside and my one star.

Didn't happen. Sent to wrong address only to find out Viator booked a tour that didn't exist. Hoping for refund.

Traveled with my parents, older adults. Mateo, our tour guide, was awesome: knowledgeable, funny, and caring. So much history and he provided just the appropriate amount of details to inform and keep us engaged. Mateo was very accommodating with the older adults in the group. Mateo did a great job! Thank you Mateo.

We were very fortunate to have one of the most enthusiastic, fun and informative guides in all of the tours I have taken in Rome. Mateo made the experience 5 stars and we left wanting more. This was a great tour for the price and I would recommend it to any first time visitors There is a bit of uphill walking but well worth the journey.

Most amazing experience. From the forum , up palatine hill and across to the colosseum. Breath taking. Our guide Dennis was incredible.

This is not a guided tour. There is no tour. The start time was 40 mins late and we found out the title was incorrect with no guide. The company blamed but I reached out to and they confirmed the company is the one who writes the description. Extremely disappointed I was manipulated. Had to pay for a different tour.
