I am an adventure seeker when on vacation and this trip was exactly what I was looking for! SNORKELLING: the snorkelling was an amazing experience! Our guide in the water, Mike, was informative and very conscious about our safety. He was knowledgeable, helpful and funny! The waters were beautifully clear and warmer than the air! Our captain on the boat, Joe, got us to and from safely! The cameraman (who’s name I think starts with C) took some amazing photos from our time in the water that I will cherish forever! When we returned, our host Mira (?), gave us a great lesson in the authenticity of tequila which now gives me a great appreciation for the spirit! She was authentic and genuine, clear and informative. Her humour about the various tequilas was a highlight! CENOTE: swimming at the Cenote was great fun! Our guide, Bryan, was fantastic - his focus on safety, his high energy and humour made it that much more exciting! At the Cenote, the natural landscape is breathtaking, floating on your back in the refreshing water and looking up, you are surrounded by greenery and tall rock walls that give you a sense of appreciation for nature and all it has to offer! ZIPLINES: this was my favourite part and in my opinion the most exciting activity we did! This was such an adrenaline rush, climbing up the tree-mounted platforms, zipping from one to the next - I can’t say enough about how fun this was! The best part (and possible scariest) was getting to hang upside down like Spiderman! The demonstration on how to achieve this was hilariously provided by our high-energy guide, Bryan. My heart was pumping by the end and I felt very alive! ATVs: this activity was very fun! Although, we ride quads at home, ripping through the jungle was an all-together different and exciting feeling! FOR IMPROVEMENT: - the van that picked us up had a VERY strong perfume inside that made it difficult to enjoy the ride to the eco-park. I had to put my head out the window for most of the drive because I was getting a headache from the smell. The drivers cologne was also in the mix and didn’t help. The eco park should consider perfume and scents to be as equally toxic as sunscreen. - the food and food-service was not very good at the eco-park. At a table of four, we had several wrong/late orders arrive and the “Extreme Nachos” were poorly prepared and didn’t taste very good. - employees can be quite annoying asking/ begging for tips: a man came over to our table with “Mayan Water” and poured us shots then expected a tip. We didn’t ask for these and he didn’t mention cost. We are Canadians and we believe in tipping appropriately but this was too much. OVERALL: I highly recommend this service for guided adventure tours! But bring your own snacks and loose change for tipping.
Great experience except that their zipline felt like someone's backyard. So this is a great experience for beginners and risk averse people. However, the zipline ruins it for adrenaline junkies. The private cenote upgrade was very worth it!! Get it.
The adventure was alot of fun. Snorkeling was probably my favorite part, but only because I'm a water guy. Heading to the Jungle was an experience all on its own. I'd recommend bringing a fare amount of cash with you, they offer alot to sell and its all seems pretty worth it. Andy was a great host, she was funny, positive and great at what she does, i don't think my experience would have been as great without her. It is a all day trip if you do the combo, so plan on having lots of water and money with you, other then that it's worth going.
Eric was a great guide and this was the best part of our trip! We loved the ATV’s, cenote and zip lining and will definitely recommend!
Went with my family and had an absolute BLAST in each activity. For snorkeling -- Freida, Mario and her crew (sorry I forgot the other two names!) were extremely helpful in guiding us for snorkeling and stopped to point out all the points of interest along the way. The tequila tasting at the end was a nice bonus too! Alexis and Jesus were the hosts for the remainder of the activities: cenote swimming, ziplining and ATV driving. The cenote had a zipline which you could ride and drop off from in order to get in (which was also my preferred method). But you could also choose to jump in off the edge or go down the stairs. The zipline and ATV driving were my favourite parts and they were super safe. Even my mom who normally would not go for this sort of stuff did them all in the end! Also, special shoutout to all the photographers on site. They took some absolutely amazing photos and I'm thoroughly impressed at how they were able to capture all these moments, especially considering there were many of us together in the same group Thanks again for having us and I'd definitely recommend everything to go here if interested! Just remember, you WILL get wet, muddy and maybe slightly tipsy 😂
Marlon was amazing on this trip. 10/10. So fun made this experience the beat. Request him on your next excursion. The private cenotes are to die for
Very well organized, had a good time and it is worth the price. Tour guides are great and funny. Except for one in the ATVs that had an attitude.
it was an amazing experience, skinny guy was supper attentive with us at the zipline, frida at snorkeling the staff is super nice and friendly
Amazing experience and unbeatable service, everyone was extremely prepared and accommodating to our needs.
This was an amazing experience and a full day of fun and adventure! The crew and photographers were great! We thought everything was going to be in one place, so there was a lot of transfers to each experience. But it was still an amazing time. Be sure to eat breakfast and bring snacks. The tacos for lunch wasn't enough energy for the whole day. Swimming in the 90ft deep Cenote was my favorite! I could have spent the entire day there!
