This was the most memorable experience from my CDMX trip! Not only did I learn how to make certain dishes, I learned more about the Mexican culture, gained tips on picking out produce, and saw how a real kitchen operates. And, we had a blast while doing it. I HIGHLY recommend!

This class was a fun one! The setting was out of a book in this kind of romanticized Spanish home in Juarez with this kitchen full of everything you'd need to feed all the are welcomed. We started out in the market right next door, really seeing and learning where our food/ingredients were coming from and then were off to be Chefs! Our main chef Eduardo was amazing and really knew his stuff and had the skills to show for it. He explained every step of the way and we made the most amazing tortillas from scratch I've ever tasted, and some amazing salsa, and fun cocktails! The final meal and presentation was amazing and I highly recommend!

Eduardo was the best instructor I’ve ever had. He was extremely passionate and made a point to teach you about the food and culture, not to mention the food was hands down some of the best we had while in Mexico. I would rebook this class 7 days out of the week. 10/10 experience.

Really fun in home cooking class. Great to do with friends or family. Food we made was excellent! We walked around the markets and learned many things about the ingredients used.

The entire experience was amazing! The cooking, the trip to the market, the recipes…EVERYTHING! Erin was an absolute delight. So personable and a joy to be around. We had 4 people in our class (ages late 20’s to mid 70’’s) everyone had an amazing time. I can’t leave enough stars ⭐️

Can't say enough good things about our time with Chef Eren and this experience! We walked to the nearby market and learned about the ingredients we would be using to make our meal. Then it was back to the beautiful kitchen where we shared in the preparation for a fabulous lunch--including 3 delicious cocktails. Eren explained everything and gave us so much background about Mexican cooking in general. We left feeling full and excited to try some of the recipes when we return. Do not miss this experience!

Holy Mole! (See what I did there?) Eduardo was great. This class was amazing! I loved shopping at the market, the hands-on food prep, learning new cooking techniques, in an incredible kitchen in an old apartment with incredible character! If you enjoy cooking, do yourself a favor and sign up for this fun class!
