I thought it would be fun to make my own pizza, but I was surprised that I actually learned quite a bit that I didn’t know and am thankful I chose to do this. The chef was great and answered my questions and my pizza turned out fantastic! Overall, it was great family friend! Pro tip.....you’re working with flour and even though they provide aprons, don’t dress fancy.
This was the highlight of our trip to Rome! The best pizza I've ever had in my life! The chefs were so kind and helpful to my kids. My kids really enjoyed this tour and said it was their favorite activity during our trip. It's a MUST if you're visiting Rome
We arrived at the restaurant and the staff were super welcoming and great. There were 4 people in our group which was nice as we could ask as many questions as we needed. We added water, salt and oil to already measured flour then learnt how to combine the dough. We then used dough made by pizza makers to roll the dough and add the toppings. This was all great. The service after was not, we then went and sat in the restaurant and after a few minutes our pizzas were ready to eat. After we finished the bruschetta was bought out then we sat for a while waiting to be offered tea and coffee, the other 2 participants left and my partner and i had to ask for our limoncello. It was fun and the chef was great but
I can't really justify the cost.
I bough this for me and my two kids we loved it Our teacher was very thorough and made sure we understood the techniques of how to make pizza dough and pizza We can’t wait to practice at home! If I could make two suggestions one would be to have the pizza making process written Down with pictures and have the amounts in both grams and cups not just metric with the step by step directions the second suggestion is that he makes us create the dough not just once like we did but twice so both he and we can see if we need improvement on the technique he should eat with us but he left
My family took this class, which was also lunch, and loved everything about it.
From the champagne upon arrival to the cooking lesson and finally eating our personal pizzas.
Our instructor was excellent, very thorough and helpful.
The class is right in the kitchen and the restaurant was very busy, but it did not distract us and we have great memories of this day in Rome.
I enjoyed this class. It went by so quickly. You'l sweat a lot because the restaurant is not air conditioned and you're by the pizza oven. They didn't offer many topping but I was satisfied. I enjoyed myself and learn a lot,
We loved this! We did this with our 11 year old son and he enjoyed it as much as we did. The instructor was wonderful and even shared the crust recipe with us. He was also kind enough to take a photo of our group and share that with us as well. Highly recommend!
Nice small group class. Teacher was great and taught us all the basics. The class was in a working restaurant so we all got to sit down and enjoy a full meal with apps, wine, and water afterwards. Only 2 hours in duration including the meal so a quick tour.
Good time with our family. Pizza making was fun and it tasted good. Instructor was also nice. Negative is that this is part of a restaurant so we were asked to move away from where regular paying customers.
Brilliant experience for couples or small groups of all ages! The chef was fantastic and made it very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it and would love to try the pasta making next time I visit
