Good tour. The leader was very personable and had good english skills. He did seem to not be well prepared so many of the sights came from questions from group.

We enjoyed this amazing boat tour! Do it! It is a great way to get an idea of where everything is in and Copenhagen.

Our experience may be a bit jaded as we ended up touring in the rain. When it is raining the windows fog but you can open them! Water levels were high so could not do the entire route. Had an audio in different languages that was good. Most things on the audio were off the right side of the boat. Those sitting on the left sorry! An Asian tour group with their guide were on our tour she must have told her group because they immediately sat to the right taking up a lot of the seats.

Not worth the money. We had a tour with a boat that had a roof. Unfortunately we were seated at the left side. Please note, when you sit on the left you will miss 90% of the sites. The boat passes them and all kinds of details are shared, but you will only see the sites if you sit on the right side. Complete waste of money in our case 😔

The boat's audio system was dreadful, making it difficult to comprehend 70% of the tour guide's words. His voice was overpowered by the boat's engines and the chatter of other passengers. His speech seemed muffled, as if he were speaking through multiple masks, and understanding what was being said became a challenging task.

We Couldn’t hear the guide. They could do with either better speakers or headsets. It was Nice to be on the water though. No other complaints

Wonderful narrated tour along the canal. Great overview of the area - helped us plan what to see. Probably the only unobstructed view of The Little Mermaid statue!

We ordered our tickets on variator and never received a PDF. We showed up to take her boat and they said we did not have tickets but sure enough my credit card was charged. This is a scam when I called they said I never showed up but I didn’t have any tickets and I did show up. Absolutely do not buy anything from Viator.. They are a scam. Now working with my credit card.

Our whole family enjoyed this! It’s a great way to see all the sights of the city. Our guide was very funny and witty - her English was pretty good too. I suggest bringing sunscreen because you might end up on one of the completely open air boats.

The boat was crowded and super hot because the roof wasn't open despite it being a beautiful day. We couldn't see anything from our seats on the aisle. The explanations were skimpy and delivered through headphones which were soft to hear. The live guide did nothing except inform us of low bridges. Such a bust.
